The girl at the cash register seems like high on something. Not even saying hi or understanding what is being said. Absolutely zero costumer service. Food is horrible.
Definitely better than typical pizza chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, and even Papa John’s. Slices are pretty big. I like how the crust is fluffy and slightly crispy. Toppings are really good and so is the cheese and sauce. The only thing I don’t like about Sbarro is the price. $6 for one slice just seems too much for the amount of food you get. The slices are thin so it’s not as much food as it looks.
I waited 40 minutes for them to cook some macaroni and cheese just for it to be cold and not cooked at all!! They actually served us cold half done Mac and cheese!!!! Currently waiting on my refund!!!
