I ordered by the app not knowing their system and DRIVE THRU is down. I got there 25 minutes thinking it would be done. I got there to find they haven't even started on it. I think the app should let you know when their system is down so you can chose to continue. Since it was rush hour and I paid by app, I ended up waiting an hour. It was horrible. I wont be going back anytime.
I swear this was my last time coming here. Girl with the thick glasses needs to be in the back away from customers. Rude for NO REASON. We asked for sauce because they usually forget. She walks away and comes back telling us to just pull up to wait for our order. We asked again for the sauces and she says “I heard you sir pull up to the spot and we’ll bring it to you”. It was the attitude and completely ignoring a simple request. And still forgot the sauces!
Placed my Mobile orders 25 mins and 40 mins (1st order) prior to my arrival. My food was not ready and my tickets were on the counter mixed in with a bunch of receipts. What made it even worse, is that the lobby smells like toilet water. Had to wait in my car for my order bc of how strong & repugnant the smell was. Will never come back to this location again. I have NEVER had this experience at the Argyle location. There’s always something wrong at the Blanding one. That poor services and smell makes me not want any Popeyes at all, smh.
Not sure why I continue to go to this location. Customer service is never good. The girl at the drive thru window with the extremely thick glasses needs customer service training. Popeyes management needs to get with Chick fila management for pointers on how customers should be treated. Oh and you shouldn’t have to consistently wait minutes at drive thru for someone to acknowledge you’re there to place an order.
Good food. But very low quantity for the price. I paid almost $4 for a reg side, that looks like a 3-4 oz cup and it's barely half filled. As expensive as everything is nowadays, the portions could be more precise. Service was ok.
Girl in the drive thru was rude. I ordered only mashed potatoes through the app and she refused to allow me to pick it up via drive thru. I have 2 small children and a new baby in my car and I waited 20 minutes for her to tell me that
Ordered 4 of the 6.00 boxes tonight. Got home, only had 3 and the one was a much smaller box with 2 wings and a biscuit in it. Chicken must have sat under the heat lamp for quite some time. It was very dry. Of course you couldn’t get them to answer their phone. I understand wanting better pay, but I would at least like what I pay for, and be decent enough to actually eat it.
Every time I go visit my son in Orange Park he always wants popeye's chicken.. His order is always Two can dine and Always a side of red beans and rice mashed potatoes and gravy Jelly for his biscuit, and enter by you Buffalo sauce,and an Apple pie. I've tried the location in Middleburg several times and the chickens always cold And the customer service is poor! so I started going to the Orange Park location even though it's a few miles out of the way to make sure my son has a hot meal. The customer service is amazing they go over over a Beyond 100% to make sure the customers are happy! A lot of restaurants need to take notes on this location on how customer service and food should be served to customers And the amazing customer service they have to offer! I know there's only 5 stars to rate them but I give them a 10 hands down !
January 14,2022 the chicken was dry and hard. It was hardly edible. Seemed like it was refried. It was very dark. The last time we got chicken from this location it was a disappointment but this time it was awful. We won't be back.
After ordering my food . this I what 30 dollars gets you at this locations.old dry what I can only assume is thighs.no wings and lots of disappoint.they we’re slinging fresh chicken out the drive thru..so if you want fresh food drive thru is the best bet…..
