This is by far the worst pizza shop I've ever dealt with. The manager and employees are extremely rude and hang up on you while trying to explain something. Not to mention that you can order a pizza and not get the pizza when it arrives because you have too much money. Highly recommend using any other pizza shop besides this pizza hut. This place is absolutely outrageous.
There's one Employee there didn't get his name (hes been there a little bit) he is so rude, My food is never hot... Don't care to travel outside of my delivery area to get a hot pizza!!!
My Pizza and rolls were delivered promptly and were hot. There was plenty of meat on the pizza and it was not burnt. I have never had a problem with this store as I have ordered there many times and will continue to do so.
Associate was very kind and helpful being I'm in Va and was helping friend in Florida. The order was hot and correct at time of delivery.
Pizza was overcooked and cheese was burnt on cheese sticks. Brownies could not be removed from pan without falling apart. Unfortunately the order was disappointing
I ordered online and the credit card was charged. Went to pick up and they didnt have the order. I had to reorder and pay again. Pizza was wrong the 2nd time.
What would I change about my experience- that they cook the pizza to where it is not raw and send the entire order, in which the customer pays for. Or when the customer calls because of these issues comp them for a future order.
Pizza was nasty and cold. Also the boxes were smashed liked it was at the bottom of a pile of stuff

food was better than it has been in a long time....also a great delivery person
