This pizza hut is pretty much the way they all are. They charge the $1 for upgrade to pan which is pretty normal. I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong and my food has always been good.
I just wanted to point out the lady who was working tonight was beyond busy. I wish I would have gotten her name. She had glasses on and was working the register but you can tell the place was short staffed and she was really being over worked with customers in the lobby and the phone going off the hook and cashing ppl out and the whole time I watched her she kept a smile on her face and was very very nice and polite. She didn’t let it affect her work ethic even if she felt frustrated on the inside. We need more ppl like her in the food industry and she should def be rewarded or promoted especially since she can handle that kind of stress and also employees like her are almost impossible to find anymore
I order from this place quite frequently and am always satisfied with the service. Even on the busy days I can tell the workers try to keep everything running smoothly. My food is always hot and tasty and the staff is very kind. Overall great experience that never disappoints
Slow and incompetent staff. Food is always subpar. Saw an employee drop a pizza pan on the floor and just put it back like nothing happened. Don't waste your money at this location.
I ordered on line, and my large 3-topping regular crust pizza was hot, delicious, and ready to go in the time it took to drive to the store to pick it up. We were very pleased.
I dont know what happend, when i made my online order i updated my delivery address, and put apt # and directions was on there but my apartment number wasnt on the address, just have to make sure when updated its saved on there.
The pizza had the correct toppings, it was fresh and the arrival time was great.
I ordered delivery from thr wrong Pizza Hut by mistake. Thankfully, the delivery driver called me to clarify and went out of his way and delivery zone to still get us our pizza.
Waited 2 hours just for them to deliver it to the wrong place and didn’t sign back in when returning to the store which is what would’ve have notified my that the wrong place. Connie (supervisor that I spoke with) laughed at the situation and then literally didn’t respond to my questions on the phone I had to ask her 3/4 times before she responded with short snappy comments. Pre-tipped the driver 20%. Don’t waste your money here.
I placed my order at 10:30AM for a later delivery of 12:45PM for a company holiday luncheon. This was a $100 order. At 12:45PM my order had not arrived and the status was still showing as "being prepared". I called the restaurant to be told that they were behind today and were still working on my order. I did not receive the order until almost 1:15PM. We are a business and only have a 1 hour window for our holiday lunch. This was a larger order so I made sure to order in advance and since I ordered online it prompts to tip in advance which i did for an order that arrived 30 minutes late. I am not a satisfied customer. I feel that if I ordered in advance my order should have been on time.
