Delicious pizza not the best at cutting the pizza at times and sometimes to much sauce but other then that tastes great
I don't usually write reviews but my frustrations are over the limit with this particular location. I really enjoy Papa John's pizza, it's total my family's favorite. BUT, 9 times out of 10 they are "ALWAYS" forgetting something on my order like sides, sauces, dips etc...it can be so frustrating when you want or crave something you paid for and when you get it, it's not all there...I should not have to place an order online and "then" call the store and tell them "Plz don't forget the..." that defeats the purpose of ordering online, when I still have to call the store ??. Yes I can order from another location but what's the chances that they will forget too..and besides, I really like this location because its very convenient and close to my home. I have called and spoke with different managers (which they are very kind and understanding) about this issue, but why must this continue happening? I don't want a discount or a free item my next visit, what I want is my correct order "NOW"!!!! Like come on Papa John's get it all the way together before you loose a valuable customer, which I'm sure you will not miss!! But I'm sure someone else would appreciate my loyalness as a customer.
I placed the order at 2:31 PM order $ 28.00I called at 4:30 PM to find out what the problem wasThe phone operator said,l see your here,didn’t fix the problem,didn’t apologize or whatsoever ???
worst place to order pizza! after making me wait an hour they said my order was being prepared, and when 1.5 hours passed they said their oven had been damaged 2 hours ago! and when I asked for my money they told me to wait for two days! Never go to this place!
Order online and after 1 hour my order status remained the same and called to check and was told that “the oven was down”. Next time let know the people!!!!!!Never going back or order from them
My pizza of choice. Best bbq sauce n garlic dip! Reccomrnd the garlic knots and all their papadias
Ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food from here. Wait wasn’t terrible but when the food got here, it looked like it had been dropped or thrown into the back of the delivery car. Cheese all to one side, oil from breadsticks all over the box, etc. First thing that was said by delivery driver is “sorry it looks like this, I swear I didn’t drop it”…so instead of making a scene I just agreed to take it inside. Called and spoke to the “manager “ and ultimately decided to just bring the food up to the store and get my money back. The care and concern with the order was nonexistent, and I’ve honestly NEVER had this poor of service from any fast food/pizza restaurant. Not giving them anymore business that’s for sure!
My brother ordered the Shaq ?, came delivered pre paid. Result was a plain cheese pizza, called store they were like well if you would like to bring it back we will straighten it out. What's the purpose of delivery?
Ordered pizza two hours later it showed up, after just being told they didn't make it. Service 8s poor pizza is no better
Delivery driver was not on time and was also super demanding for a tip. Told my fiancé if we didn’t tip he’d never come back again and the pizza was cold not to mention the wings were ice cold also
