Just bad all around. We love Papa J but this is the third strike for this location. It took 90 minutes for delivery (not for the first time) and the pizza looked deformed as if it wasn’t properly cook. Can’t really review the taste since we had to throw a lot of it out.
If I could given NO star review I would I placed an order for a pizza it never showed up waited untill 10 o'clock kept calling from 830 to 10 with no answer then the place was closed they never delivered the pizza and I got a refund this morning. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Papa Johns. I will definitely be calling any other pizza place but this one from now on!
I wish I could post pictures! The Papadia looked NOTHING like the advertisement! It had hardly any filling, nothing but bread all around the edges! I also did not get the dipping sauce.
Not sure what happened to Papa John's pizza. Paid over $30 for one large flat cardboard pizza smothered in cheese. Very unappetizing and the crust was so deflated. I used to get Papa John's to dunk the crust in garlic. What crust even?!? Sigh. Very disappointing and too expensive for what was received. Not going to try again.
Seems the papa is missing from the John's. Time to bring back coast to coast consistancy.
Had to call several times to an outsourced location. Even the employees mentioned the complications of the issue once finally receiving the actual order.
We had a birthday party and it was delivered on time and was hot . Thanks
2020: I mean, it's papa johns.. It's good pizza, great wings.. This location is kinda weird though.. Seems like when it says they are out for delivery (I'm like 600 yards from them) it takes 45 minutes.And the whole sticker (no contact covid) that shows it hasn't been touched or opened, they only use every so often. I love papa johns, but this location is sketchy to say the least. Not sure how I feel to be honest.2021: Year later, still OK pizza, but their service is terrible.. Takes twice as long to deliver.. The app says my food is being prepared 30 minutes before it even leaves, then another 15. Delivery charge $5, doesn't go to the driver, tipped $5 for total of $24 one pizza that's $14.. ??I love Papa John's, but this location doesn't take your time or money into consideration.
Good pizza place bad managers very hard on new staff an old rehired workers are lazyDon't completely complain about the people the make line is very busy an usually have a lot of orders they try but sometimes people don't get help
