So disappointed! We order from this Papa Johns at least twice a month spending between $70 to over $80 for each order. The wait time for many months has been 2 hours. This is the worst we ever encountered for any food delivery BUT that did not stop us from ordering because the food has been worth the wait. If they got an order wrong they have always been very apologetic and would send a replacement. That was until yesterday. Once again we waited 2 hours for our order of 3 pizza’s and Cheese Bread. Everything looked good except for one of the pizzas that we ordered with extra sauce. Compared to our previous orders the amount of sauce did not amount to “extra”. When I called asking for a replacement. The woman told me she prepared the pizza herself and it had extra sauce. Regardless of her opinion the customer that paid for it was not satisfied. This is no different then buying something at store and asking for an exchange. I asked her if she was going to send us a replacement and was told “ No Ma’am we will not”. Wow!!! This was not acceptable in so many ways! My family will no longer be ordering from this Papa John store anymore. We will be ordering carry out at a different location.
They keep you informed on where your order is in line. They can be rude at times and sometimes they don't give you the full order that was paid for
Ordered a 10” pepperoni pizza for delivery and received a cheese pizza instead. Otherwise the pizza was good and the wings were even better. But once again as always, papa johns was slowwww. If you’re hungry and looking for a quick delivery, this is not the place you want to order from. But if you’re willing to wait and they get your order right then it will be worth it.
I ordered online and about 5 minutes later papa John's called me. The young woman informed me that they only had 1 delivery driver and it would be a multiple hour wait. Thank you so much. I appreciate it more than you know. My kids would have starved to death.
I just called to have this pizza delivered..It literally took from the time I hung up to delivery time 17 min..and it is piping hot ? and delicious..I tipped the guy 5.00 dollars..Thank you papa johns..I will be calling you again..
Called to check the status of my order and the “manager” told me that the driver is on the way.. however when she read my order she noted that it said no pepperoni.. and I explained to her that’s not what I ordered, and she said “well that’s how it came in our system and there’s nothing we can do about it.”HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.She was not very helpful at all… I love papa johns but I will never order from this location again. By the way, I ordered my pizza almost two hours ago and I still haven’t received it.Don’t get me wrong, I understand things happen but there was absolutely zero compassion with this “manager”.Update: I called to cancel my order to get my money back and the “manager” stated “well the driver is on the way” & I told her since my order supposedly came through the system wrong, I would just like to cancel because it’s taking too long. She said in her system (once again) it “generated 2 hours delivery time” & I tried to explain to her that when I got the notification it said 46 minutes and then it changed to cancel…So she got angry and hung up on me.Moral of the story is… your pizza will take 2 hours to come and if it’s incorrect, it’s your fault because the “system” is always correct.It’s funny because I always order from the papa johns app and I use the “reorder all” feature each time.. so you mean to tell me that the system removed the pepperoni? GOTCHA •.
I have always loved PapaJohns pizza but the last two purchases have been terrible.I am so disapointed barely any taste super low sauce might as well have been just cheese and half cooked crust it didnt seem done.I think its time to find a new place to get pizza the quality is just not there anymore.This may only be at this location.
I guess I haven’t called Papa John’s in a long time unfortunately they’ve outsource their entire telephone system to India which makes it extremely difficult to tell someone your first and last name and your address should try to like at least keep a few low paying jobs in America

Ok What kind of food restaurant turn off their Carry out 2 hours before they close. We walked into this place an hr before they closed. They said they turned off carryout at 10pm... but don't close until 12. We had to call and place a delivery while in the store, took an hour for delivery and they did not even come to our address. They cancelled our order. I'm highly passed We were all hungry. That's the dumbest policy to close carry out 2 hours before closing.
