A shout-out to this Panera for always being amazing even when it seems they're short staffed and stressed they always provide me with great food and service. I've been to this Panera many times this year, I've lost track. I've had experiences where I ordered something through the app but the delivery driver didn't follow through with all the items, I've had experiences with ordering cookies they didn't have and not realizing, and every time something happens I am met with kindness and gratitude.Seriously, the employees who have worked here the last few months have probably had it rough with things that go wrong. But they are star players. When they didn't have the cookie I paid for they gave me two cookies of a different kind, when they didn't deliver my drink they offered a voucher for a future visit; and while I would never want someone to take advantage of these individuals I wanted to just give a shout out to those working with the public because I know how hard it can be.The food is always good, as you can see in the photos the warm bowl (so good) and broccoli cheddar soup (while my stomach might grumble about it) I love it. I also enjoy their chipotle chicken avocado sandwich (got to ask for the cilantro off of it though) ?. My husband always gets the same soup but he liked the pizza and of course our favorite drink is the green papaya drink. My husband, a picky eater, fell in love with it when he shared my drink one day and now gets it every time. The new lemonades are alright, honestly I'll stick with the papaya for now.We also tried the pizza, it was good, but for $7 it just reminds me of a cheaper pizza I could get at the store.I think Panera should focus on their soups and salads more, instead of doing weird stuff like pizza. It's a continuous market, I suppose, but it's competitive so I doubt Panera will last- or at least until they realize pizza just isn't their strong point. But baking bread, soups/sandwiches and providing that cafe inclusive comfort? THAT'S Panera and that's why I love going. Also, Panera, keep your employees happy. Happy employees=happy customers. They're the real investment here and the reason I really keep coming back. ❤️
It's okay. Not the location that I would recommend. I asked for a receipt and the girl said I don't need one because my drink is free. I informed her that my drink is not free, I pay to be part of the drink club and I snapshot all of my receipts for points no matter the price. She then closed the window and told the associate next to her that she shouldn't have to give me a receipt for a free drink. Whatever happened to good customer service???
Amazing ExperienceWe eat out quiet frequently and have had places mess up some meals especially when you add stuff and take things off.The manager(Tami) at this location came out and personally made my meal the correct way. Thank You for caring about your customers!!!
I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup like I normally do and this is the bread I got. It looks like someone already ate off of it.
I have used the Panera delivery service for three or four years now, because I work at a school with a limited amount of time for lunch. So it's nice to have a real lunch sometimes instead of just bringing something from home. However, since the Panera company has switched to using Doordash to deliver their meals, I have had several lunches that I ordered and paid for never show up. This causes me to have no lunch, plus I have to take time out of my school day to call the store to find out why I never got my lunch and get my money back because they don't give you a way to contact the Doordash driver. Very frustrating when the process used to work so well. There needs to be a better system in place. Several of my friends at the same school said they are having similar issues-their lunch either shows up very late or not at all. Do better, Panera!
I used to order from this location a lot for work. Unfortunately the last few times, my order has been wrong, missing items, without silverware and/or late. As a classroom teacher I have 26 mins for lunch and when it is late that means I don't get to eat! Today I order 15 minutes before my lunch 1030 to 1045 window and my food didn't arrive until after 11! I will no longer be ordering from Panera. I am very frustrated and sad because I love their food when it is right. The manager offered to comp my entire meal the next time which I declined not knowing when I'd be able to return as I cant leave campus during the day. How hard is it to double check salad dressing or silverware? Not hard!
Ordered a 2for take out. The onion soup was good but didn’t getsthe croutons or the Xtr croutons I payed for. The 1/2 sandwich of Streak and cheddar had so much horseradish sauce on it I had to look for the steak . Found it but no pickled onions. Was looking forward to my favorite Panera dinner and the sandwich was trashed. This is not the first time the Nacotee Panera has been going down in there service. That what happens when you live in a ONE HORSE TOWN no one cares because they have no Competition
This location used to be good whenever they had just opened. We are not by all means regulars but we eat there enough to know what comes with the sandwiches they serve. I ordered Turkey Avocado BLT and this is the 2nd time I ordered this from this location that my sandwich did not come with a spear pickle! It may sound petty to some cos it’s just a pickle. I DO NOT normally eat pickles and this is the only time I do because it goes well with the sandwich and they have repeatedly ruined the experience for me. They used to have it and prepare their food with quality and care, these days… not anymore! My husband normally orders the same thing like mine but this time he ordered Steak and Cheese and he said it was over toasted, bland and tasteless. It’s funny their receipt says “ACCURACY MATTERS and if there was a problem with the order, let a manager know”. Here’s my take, if accuracy matters, it’s not the customer’s responsibility to effing double check y’all’s work! Okay? The price of their menu items should mirror the quality and taste of their food. Panera is going downhill and we swear this will be the last time we order here. Not worth it!
For the second time in a row, they messed our order up. The previous time our order got lost between the register and the kitchen. I spoke to the manager and instead of making their mistake right, he made excuses.
Abigail didn’t take my order correctly, should of asked if I wanted anything on my steak n cheese sandwich, didn’t ask me.forgot my drink, and didn’t give me my cookie, also the cookie was 3$,thought it was .99 cents,I’ve been here a lot while my mom did her nails, and the other people that served me didn’t ask for a tip,she did,and when I declined the tip she gave me a grin.steak and cheese sandwich was soggy, came out so quick this time, seems like it was heated up.I love this place but tonight changed that.
