Did an online order at this location by accident, needed the one on Blanding near Walmart. Called to try to get order canceled or transferred. Was told no because the order was too large for them to "eat" lose. Order was literally $34.00. No sympathy or understanding. Profits over customer service. First and last time, I will never order from here again by accident or on purpose.
I enjoy Panda Express they have great service and they make you feel as if your food is in good hands very enjoyable I would definitely recommend I normally tend to order the exact same thing every time but not this time their menu has an array of different options I highly recommend
Really good. Wish they kept up with cooking the sweet and sour chicken. Came there expecting it.Enjoyed ourselves though.
Tonight was my first experience eating here and I’m glad I did. It is a classier version of fast food, I ate some kind of sweet and sour chicken(maybe) I don’t know the name I apologize. Definitely recommend, the food was delicious, unexpected.
I was very disappointed. They were out of their signature teriyaki chicken and spring rolls vegetables, tasty over cooked. Fountain drink was good.
I was thankful they had enough vegetable variety to satisfy my cravings ❤️ they were very nice. I had problems hearing the lady (I'm in a wheelchair so she tried to speak to me through the glass (squatting) but I could hear her better when she tippy toed and some over the counter. She is short.) She did GREAT trying to communicate!! None of the employees got frustrated while repeating themselves that made my experience SO much better!!The wheelchair access is a bit too far (around the side of the front of the building). I'm thankful it's there but when one is hungry that length is a bit far too get to the door while using assistive devices.
Excellent run place! Super clean restaurant and curtesy’s staff. Definitely bettering than the one up the road from me in Mandarin.
Customer service was ok. The food was good and this was my first visit. I will definitely come back!
I ordered at 4:16 p.m.I received the cold food at 7pm.Poor Customer Service!Driving- the restaurant is less than 10 miles away.
Before Covid, these places that are getting one and two stars were getting much better ratings. At least with me. But I can't tale into consideration the fact that apmost every establishment is running in skeleton crews.That being said; There was a total of two employees here at Panda and you could tell. The food was sub-par, worse than usual here. And I also got the "Big Plate," three entree's one side. Sweet n sour chicken was squishy! What part of the chicken is squishy? The fried rice was excellent however. I also chose the spicy beef and was told that is extra. When some one tells you "$9 chose any three entree's" and you chose one and they say, "oh, Any of them except that one and this one and the one over there." What? LOL okay you guys should price it seperatly because it's not ANY THREE entree's.Basically it's a chain restaurant and usually pretty good but without the necessary employees it's suffering.
