Love this place!Have been going here for years and its always great. If I ever have an issue they are very apologetic and try their best to fix it right away.Great selection of food. The sushi and hibachi chefs are always very friendly and do an amazing job.
I’ve never given anything 1 star. We went at peak lunch time and the food was still cold. The meat was terrible, lo mein was actually cold. I wish I could find a redeeming quality about it. Even the inside of the building was rundown and dirty. Your only hope is getting the hibachi but don’t bet on it. My husband, who can eat something anywhere hardly touched the food. Please save yourself the major disappointment.
Ive eaten there many of times there food is very good you can't go there when the food is just getting put out you got to give them time to get it on the buffet. People complain about everything this day and time neve happy
My boyfriend and I wanted to give this place a try, so we agreed to go see what it had to offer. The inside was clean enough, but the food was so on the negative that nothing came out warm enough. The only things that were hot were the soups and fried chicken. Customer service was alright, but the fried potatoes were cold, the ribs tasted completely terrible, and the only redeeming quality was the store-bought mousse desserts. Most of the fried foods are fine, but still a health hazard. The reason I'm giving this one star review is because my boyfriend had krab rangoons, potatoes, coconut shrimp, and a few pieces of General Tso's chicken. He came home and a few hours later threw everything up. We paid $12.99 + $1.99 + tax for each person, but definitely would never recommend this place to anyone looking to save their stomach and money.
The Best Chinese buffet on the westside.Very clean an friendly along with 3 hot bars, a fruit an salad , a desert , an a sushi an hibachi bar. Oh yeah an the food is great!
Decided to go try this place as we just moved to the area. Truly disappointing. Google says they close at 9.30pm, we arrived at 7.30pm, it was not very busy but we still had a good amount of time left so it shouldn't have been an issue. Not even 20 minutes in and the waitress came over and handed us the check. Then another waitress told us that they were closing early and that if we wanted more food we better get it before they shut down the buffet...Seriously!? We felt so rushed, the atmosphere was horrible, we had no time to enjoy our food or go back up for more, dessert? Forget about it! they basically pressured us to hurry up and get out. Standing around watching us it was just awful. Not even 30 minutes since we sat down and we were already leaving. Oh and I didn't tip because the service was so terrible and the waitress pretty much cussed me out under her breath as she walked away. What do you expect? Such a shame as the food actually wasn't bad but I'll never go back solely because the of the terrible service.
We enjoy our nite out eating Dinner at Orangepark Buffet????
The health department really needs to come in and watch them . me and my family were seated where we could see into the drink station / where the ladies put dirty dishes .all the waitress staff wore gloves and never changed them .they would scrap food in 1 plastic tub stack dirty plates and cup in another an after touching dirty dishes 1 of the ladies opened up tea bags and made tea .then went to a table to do refills . touching money / debit cards then touching everyone's drinks .needs to be remodeled and the food tasted bad .
What a bad experience. Service was poor at best, food tasted as if it were frozen and microwaved. Sushi tasted old and fishy. My grand daughter would not touch it and she loves Chinese buffets. Fried rice was burnt.Manager on duty said that they did not care becausethe place was busy.Total disappointment.
All the food was poorly seasoned and was not in anyway cooked for any human being to enjoy!
