Just tried for first time. Blew me away with quality and taste. We got chicken strips and tater tots, chicken and loaded mac and cheese. came with fresh butter rolls. also ordered the brownie bites, careful they are so good they are addicting. Even my peach teach was great and I have been search for a really good one for years. Just wish the drink had size options as would have LOVED a large of that tea. I'll be back for sure. We loved everything we got and that is rare <3 TY soo much O'Chaley's for excellence
We decided to have my husband’s birthday dinner at O’Charley’s. We called a few days prior to reserve a table for our party and once we arrived, our table wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a big deal but that was just the start to our awful dining experience!Once we’re seated we had to pass out our own menus and sliver-ware. We sat at our table for a good 10-15 minutes before someone approached us. Our party consist of 19 people and we had 1 waitress!Refills was non existent, we had to go find someone to get refills every time. We didn’t even have plates for our rolls. Once we finally got the chance to order, it took over 2 hours to receive our meals! The food was cold and some of our orders were completely wrong! Our food came out randomly so some of us at the table had eaten our food and the other half was still waiting for their meals to come!We arrived at 8PM & didn’t receive the food until after 10PM. We felt rushed because at this point the restaurant was closed, they started cleaning, turning off lights and some of us just received our food!The whole experience was a waiting game! We waited to be seated, waited to have our order taken, waited extremely long for our meals and even had to wait awhile to receive our form of payment back!It was completely unorganized and the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at O’Charley’s. If you have a large party, I wouldn’t recommend eating here, ever!
Everything was perfect with the exception of one of my dinner items. 6 oz sirloin. Looked cooked to my liking. However it was the toughest most chewy piece of meat I ever had. My wife's dinner was great. The service was very good.
Had an amazing experience here! Got here kinda late but they still served us! Our waiter, Josh, whom we had before, was so polite and friendly BOTH times! He actually remembered us from the first time! Very personable!
Fantastic dining experience every time with Josh! He is so considerate and knowledgeable of the restaurant and it’s menu. Absolute best place to eat as well. The food is great!

Our server, Shelton, was excellent! This is the best restaurant we’ve been to in Panama City Florida! The great service made a big difference. Shelton is so skilled and professional and fun!
Our Waitress, Autumn, was amazing. It was my dads birthday and we told her and she brought out the biggest piece of pie I’ve ever seen! My sister had a lot of special things she wanted to be on/off her food, and she got it all perfect.We asked for fresh rolls to come out ASAP every time, and they did!! Autumn had a big smile on her face and was so kind the whole time!!
Visited OCharley's in Fleming Island and Erin was our server. Food was great and service was better. We always ask for Erin whenever we go there. She's the best.
Had the blackened salmon and it was cooked perfectly! The bartender (Josh) made me a Sangria, the best Sangria I've ever had! He was very attentive and social. Overall a very nice experience.
