When I first moved here this place was amazing but now the quality of the service is so bad I wouldn’t come here again. You have teenagers running the restaurant, being unprofessional, cursing and running out to check on their car and bringing all the employees with them. You can literally see how terrible it is. I just wouldn’t recommend this place anymore…I’d rather get takeout at Taco Bell.
$3.29 for chips and queso + a drink and this is the size of cheese. It's only enough for about 5 chips. Absolute waste of money.Excellent entree though
My family and I have been eating at this location for as long as we have lived in Eagle harbor which is 15 years. We have seen the consistency in food and customer service decline over the last few years. This week we ordered dinner two nights in a row for take out. Both nights the order was incorrect which prompted me to call and report the error. The manager was unbelievably rude. Customer service is clearly not a priority. I will not return to this location ever again.
I love my Homewrecker burritos. I'd eat one every day if I could. Steak is the best. Normally I get my order to go so I can go home and pair my homewrecker with a delicious adult beverage. The employees are friendly and always greet me when I walk in.
Food was okay.Girl needs to take her AirPods out when taking orders.Nasty attitudes with everyone.Gonna go chipotle next time
Great location. Staff is very friendly and the food is great. This is my first time eating at Moe's in a long time and also first time at this location. I used to eat at either the oakleaf location or the mall however I dislike both of them. The only reason I came out here today because I was going to eat somewhere else and they ended up being closed. Needed to make a decision quick because I was on my lunch break and Moe's was the closest choice. Definitely will be back now that I have found a worthy Moe's to eat at. Also, the young lady working the food line for lunch today was awesome. She was friendly, did a great job multitasking and great communication.
Horrible. They not only take forever to make the food but it will also include a huge disgusting HAIR. And no it’s not mine as I have blonde hair and this was mixed into my bowl and was very long and dark.
Terrible Customer service - and since the manager suggested I go to Chipotle’s, that’s where I will go from now on!
I swung in here to grab some quick takeout for my parents. While the staff was super friendly, they were missing the potatoes needed to make the menu item that my parent's wanted.
Not real impressed this time, the food had been sitting for awhile and you could definitely tell by the taste,but Moe's is pretty good most of the time,it's just a hit and miss!!
