Would be great if the managers would actually show up for their shifts or at least let the workers know that nobody is there so they don’t waste their gas or their rides gas to get out there only to find out they never opened. The management at this location sucks and the place just needs to be closed down considering more than half the staff doesn’t show up for their shifts but once a week…IF THAT!

They work to death their employees. Especially cameron... he is there 7 days a week on top of his other 5 days a week job. They don't pay him s**t and expect him to work his a** off every day. No breaks to himself besides when they tell him he needs to go to another store... pay him what he's worth or he will stop working so hard to please your company....
Soda machine broke and lady behind counter wouldn't give me refund because she had to wait for her boss to give permission by phone? Why isn't he at work?? Why does the food look disgusting??? Went to restaurant next store and it wasn't much better...
Ordered to go and arrived at the appropriate time the website said. They were busy, totally understand, the person making our food said should be 10 min. So we walked over to Publix and. Grabbed a few things. Came back 15 mins later to find they had the same excuse. Now with an even greater line, our food is no more done then when we left. Very disappointing to see the lack of customer service. Well over an hour for a few bowls and burritos. It would have made more sense to wait in line and order instead of calling ahead.

Usually when I come here there the guy working is very nice and always provides great quality. However, today there was a lady working that seemed very out of it, barely acknowledging us while making our food with a slight attitude, hardly speaking loud enough to hear when she did seem to acknowledge us, and can’t roll a burrito for her life. I practically opened a taco salad.
Completely out of chicken only dark avl and told a 15 min wait during lunch with none cooking. Went to order and told only have dark meat avl. I had to ask for some to be cooked. .. also no bacon with no apology. Maybe if 2 out or the 3 member crew didn't spend all their time in the back. This could be avoided. The only person that seemed to be working was the male employee who after ringing customer up went to start to grill chicken. Female employee who told me only dark meat walked away and went to back and had male employee finish helping other customers help me instead or her. VERY LET DOWN
I've ordered from different Moe's before and it has always been great. However each time I order from this location, it's always disappointing. The Adobo chicken was overcooked (black) and the bacon was also black. The salsas looked old and flavorless, like a tomato that was sit out of the fridge all day/overnight. I ordered a quesadilla and the tortilla was burnt, the meat was dry and the whole thing was soggy. On top of all of it is the customer service in this location. While everyone was more or less pleasant, everyone seemed majorly depressed and as dead-eyed as they come.
