When I’m around the house and I want McDonald’s this one is my go to. Usually everyone is friendly. Breakfast and lunch is served fairly fast. Dinner and late night is hit or miss on being served fast. I like to customize my food. Ninety percent of the time it comes out correct and fresh. The few times it doesn’t they are apologetic and quick to fix it.
I don't think I've ever reviewed a fast food chain - but today our experience was exceptional and the staff deserve recognition! My 7 year old and I went in for a quick celebratory snack. He wanted a slushy and we ordered thru the automated screen. After we sat at the table, a young lady came over and very apologetically explained they did not have them, offering a shake or something else instead. My son, disappointed, "settled" for a shake and our food came out shortly. A few minutes later, the young lady appeared again with a cup from the Circle K next door and said the manager asked her to go get it. My son was so happy and it was a super thoughtful thing to do. Absolutely above and beyond. The manager came over and kindly spoke with my son, and it was such a nice exchange. While we ate, I listened to the manager encourage his team - reminders to get orders correct, instructions to remain on task - all with a smile and kind words. It is very rare to see this type of leadership these days, especially in a fast food restaurant. On the way out, I was struggling to get the garbage in the little hole over the can. An employee near me quickly removed the can so I could easily throw it all away. I took the opportunity to ask the manager's name and if he was a good boss (Emile? I am probably spelling it wrong, and I'm sorry!). The employee confirmed that yes, he was a good manager. We interacted with 4 staff members at this location and they were ALL pleasant and professional. Kudos!! (and thank you all SO much for making my son happy today!!)
My bag ripped while giving the food to me and they remade both my sandwiches and gave extra fries! Definitely hard workers!!!
Everyone are all awesome in this McDonald's particularly. Joseph love them all and they him as well especially Jose. All of them are very kind and kid friendly, all the managers and crews are the best of the best
Most McDonald’s the staff attitude sucks. I understand being in the service industry is hard. But this store staff is professional and upbeat. There’s this new tall guy, with long hair. I swear he looks like a celebrity I just can’t think of who. ?
Quick and fast service. The food was fresh. The employees were friendly and efficient.
I purchased 2 sausage gravy biscuits on a Sunday morningin drive through. I live 1 mile away, they were luke warm and you needed steel utensils to cut the biscuits.
Now a days it's hard to find good customer service, but I have yet to find that to be the case at the Lakeside McDonald near Jefferson Ave. I love McDonald's Egg Ham McMuffins, so this morning when I was parked waiting for my mobile order Yamil gave me a Chicken McMuffin by mistake. When I walked back in to let him know about the mistake he quickly apologized and gave me the correct McMuffin. He was kind enough to offer a hash brown for my inconvenience of walking back in to get the order corrected. I'd like to send a big shout out to Yamil for his great and friendly consistent customer service. ??
Came here the other night and had a very pleasant experience. The order taker and cashier were very nice, and even though I had a problem with my order (I think they misunderstood what I said when I ordered) they fixed it with a good attitude and a smile. The young folks they had working that night were great.This stands in total contrast to the McDonald’s on Fournier and Normandy. I’ll never go back to that one if I can help it! Terrible service there, has been for years.
Awesome McDonald. Wow the service was prompt and staff was very nice and friendly. Went thru the drive thru and was impressed on how quick I was able to get my order placed and food was hot and fresh. If you are in this area looking for a quick bite, stop by here you will be amazed.
