I work service industry and usually get out of work after 2am, the night crew is terrible. Between the rude attitude and missing things from my order, every time, I wish another place would stay open. I know is sort of my fault for continuing to go there but it is the only place open after midnight. There is one Hispanic lady who is great, please forgive if you're not, who is super awesome and does have a bit of an attitude but I think that's just her dealing with incompetent people all night.Tonight I was missing a whole big Mac from my order. Again, possibly my fault for not pulling everything out of my bag and checking but..it shouldn't be that hard at 330 am to remember what someone ordered.
Hey guys I’m not sure what is really going on at this locations. Some days is great others is hell. Consistency is a joke. Today around 3:15pm all systems and registers were down and supposedly loading. Im sure you know That’s what they tell the customers every time they don’t want to work. Pls take care of this for the sake of your customers. The loyal ones. Had to go to Wendys which by the way never have system issues and were fast. You are losing your potential to grow your sales with bad service.
They need to work on their curbside service even when the drive through was busyAlso, went today and ordered an large sweet tea and it tasted kind of funky like and it was light colored not dark like it usually is.
After spending 17 minutes in the drive thru, I was given the wrong order. This has happened multiple times at this location. When I called I wasn't given any attempt to fix the problem as in maybe correcting my meal. This is pour performance from the staff. I waited almost 20 minutes for the wrong food with no apology. Fix yourself McDonald's.
Went To McDonald's For A BigMac Meal. The Sandwich I Got The Meat Was Dried Out And Crusty As If Left Over From The Day Before. I Went Back Inside And Spoke To The Manager On Duty And Showed It To Her, She Stated That Was A I0:1 Meat, I Asked If This Was Normal She Stated Yes, I Asked Then This Is What McDonald's Serving Now, She Stated That's A 10:1 And Is What Goes On The Sandwich, I Asked For A Made To Order Sandwich To Which She Did Reluctantly. If This Product Is What McDonald's Is Now Serving And The Quality Of Manager's Then Service And Quality Is No Longer Number One Anymore. I Will Not Be Going Back To This McDonald's Again And If Asked I Will Suggest They Not Spend Your Money There.
You can't go wrong with a McMuffin and the staff was patient with me when I was sorting out an issue with my Cash app and my available funds. Food was delicious and cooked just right.
220 and college location provided stellar swift service through drive through. Food was hot and my order was correct. Service with a smile!
No words required. Will never visit again.
Horrible. No ice , sweet tea or napkins in dining room. Staff that had gotten off and waiting to leave very noisy and rambunctious. One even asked my granddaughter if she could have her fries. No manners or home training at all. When brought to the very young manager's attention he did make them leave. We won't be returning!
