Drive-Thru was very slow. Thought the young man taking payment had to take off his shoes to make change. The bun for my #6 Fish Sandwich Combo was tough and my "Hot-N-Crispy" fries we warm and limp at best.My HI-C Orange was very good.
Ordered thru the app and used curbside as the drive thru had a long line. I waited 20 minutes along with another customer at the curbside parking. When we approached the doors (which was locked) we saw the employees pointing to the drive thru and laughing. Finally someone came out and asked what was the order as they had an "outage". Finally got the order and did not receive the completed order that was ordered from the app. When asked how to get a refund one worker rolled their eyes and walked away. This is the worst customer service ever.
Why is this McDonald’s even still open every time I go there either get no service at all or terrible service tonight they told me they were only taking DoorDash and mobile orders but their drive-through was still open.McDonald’s used to be really good and fast and now I just keep making the mistake of coming back to this restaurant
really pissed off. Went to this location last night around 10, and when I had ordered our food I had asked for a medium iced water to go along with two meals that I had ordered and two other drinks. They came back to me on speaker and said all we can do for you it is a bottled water. Super fast MCD. Love it that this store continues to enforce masks. I will stop here for a drink b4 anywhere else! Super clean outside NEVER A SMELL AT WINDOW The ground outside drive thru window kept pressure washed so no foul smell THANK YOU!!!! MOST MCD don't clean when food is dropped then it rots in the sun stinks horribly at other drive thru NOT THIS STORE
I know it was late. I never order this late, tonight was a special circumstance,unfortunately.Between the time I ordered and got my order it was 25 minutes. When I paid what I owed, I was given change that shouldn't have been given. I owed 10.90.. gave 11 even and got back a dollar and a bunch of change. When I asked about it i was told I was all good. Hopefully the order is correct, haven't gotten that far yet..
Just drive all the way back to find out my burger bun is burnt and I don’t have anymore time on break. How was this allowed?
Terrible. We stopped by McDonald's just to get a coffee. We ordered an iced coffee and premium roast coffee. They asked us to pull up to another spot, while another vehicle was waiting on their order. They asked another vehicle to pull forward as well. Someone came to finished the first vehicles order, then another person came out to give the car after us their 2 hashbrowns. Within the next minute we got our coffees. We waited over 5 minutes for 2 drinks and the vehicle after us was served before us. This McDonald's is sometimes good. About 50% of the time.
My daughter and I went through the drive through about an hour ago. We ordered two McDoubles, a large sprite and a large diet coke. When we got to the window the girl working there handed out the bag of food and then handed me the large sprite in a cup that was clearly leaking (split in the cup) which proceeded to cover me and the inside drivers side of the car. When I tried to hand it back to her she just stared at me. When she finally took it back she proceeded to searched the diet coke for markings as to what was in the cup. Since she wasn't sure I tasted it after she handed it to me. It was not diet. She then proceeds to hand out another sprite and looked annoyed that she had to pour another drink, the diet Coke. In the meantime, my lap and car is covered in Sprite. She did hand out some napkins but NO APOLOGY at all. I was going to complete the survey but lost the receipt in the moment everything was happening. I will be avoiding this place for a while.
