Without a doubt the worst McDonald's in all of Clay County and even possibly Duval County. Lobby is always closed and drive-through is always full and even if you do curbside pick up they get the food wrong or it's old and has been sitting for way too long.
I love the ease of the app. Usually have a very good experience. I selected lobby this time due to the long drive through line. Only to find a sign saying lobby closed therefore making the situation a little irritating
Short on personnel but the ones there were very courteous and really did not have to wait long for my food but I did go inside instead of the crowded drive thru
One of the cleanest Mickey D's in town. Workers there are always great. Fast and accurate operations with great service.
Of course ice cream machine down but I wonder what my vanilla milkshake was made of??. Fries were fresh but low on salt the wait was long just for two items but it was fresh and quality of freshness is what matters. The people who always take the order sound so miserable and unfriendly at any McDonalds but the person who hands the food is the opposite.
They never have ice cream products, you go to dine in for lunch lobby closed written with a sharpie in horrible hand writing on a piece of paper why they are closed,??? Short of staff BS they don't want to deal with it is the problem. Horrible McDonald's location out of a horrible corporation. The hell with.MCdonalds hello Burger King!!!!
The food itself was good, however trying to order through the drive through was a bit of a hassle. The poor attendant had the worst time trying to understand the order. Two #6s, with OJ & an egg mcmuffin. Hopefully they'll get the speaker looked at.
Lobby was closed due to lack of help but they don't take orders inside that's what the kiosks are for. Drive thru has 2 lanes but during lunch rush they only use one.
The “lady” working January 9th at 10:30 AM who took my order got it wrong. No big deal when I noticed I asked her to repeat my order which was 3 simple items. She said “I don’t repeat orders, I see so many” That was the lady at the first window… ok lady I’ll do your job for you, I look at the receipt and of course. It’s wrong. Who took my order? Her. Shocker ?
I was upset when I got to the pickup window and found out that the cashier only rung up one kids meal and I had my two neices in the vehicle. I was prepared to pay for the kids meal. The manager was so nice and told me not to worry about! Excellent customer service ? ? ?
