Do not work here unless you want to work for free! The owner Simon refused to pay my husband. Said he walked out so he doesn’t have to pay him for working. Lisa tried to be nice but she said they were busy and couldn’t do anything. Gross. Do better!
Wow, not only did it take 30+ minutes it also wasn't done. Them two kids there need to be supervised? It was around 10pm and I know they were a lil busy but still, come-on guys
Ok. I haven't been to little Caesars in over 15 years. I had a coupon and decided to try it out. This location was super friendly and clean. It blew my mind how clean this place was. Pizza looked great and was given like how I ordered it. Kids enjoyed the pizza. I liked the thin crust. It was good. The regular pizza was too much. The cheese was too chewy because there was way too much. Other than that, it was a very pleasant and surprising experience kudos to the staff keeping it clean and professional.
Put an order in online was charged a service fee a delivery fee a tip and then door dash ended up delivering only partial order, when calling the store they suggested we were not being truthful would help or refund made us call door dash door dash wouldn’t refund the missing items and said they couldn’t help and then tried to transfer us to corporate little Caesar’s. So we are not out a lot of money but it’s the principal and customer service was terrible, basically you just have to hope you get your food and if not too bad for you.
They don't know how to pick up the phone. Try to order by phone all the time at this place cuz its near me. So I started ordering from the one on wells rd. No matter how busy the one on wells is they still pick up the phone and place your orders. And the place near me don't serve parmasan cheese packets anymore. Horrible! Whoever the owner is.. that person is lacking on his workers skills to the public. Losing money.
The last two times I've been here was a disappointment. One time they forgot my order and this time the pizza is going to be 45 minutes late and no way to cancel it and the people inside said they can't cancel it. no customer service at all. This will be the last time I try to order from this store. This is the only one I've had issues with, other little Caesars get it ready but not the Blanding location in Orange Park.
I went with a Little Caesars gift card and the card machine was reading error. The person at the front tried to help but she had to get the owner. The owner said it’s nothing he could about it. I said aren’t you the owner? He said yes but if it doesn’t work it’s nothing I can do. He ignored what I said and asked me do you have another paying. I asked him what was the purpose of having the gift card he said you buy them and use them but if it doesn’t it just doesn’t work. He was nonchalant as if he did not care!!
This is the worst Little Caesars ever. Absolutely horrible customer service and rude employees. They wait time is outrageously for a place that should be a “hot n ready” carry out location. I will never come to this place again. The Middleburg location is way better. Only reason I came to this one is because i was nearby but what a mistake that was.If i could give 0 stars i would!
Little Caesar's bestest menu is aptly named, loaded extra cheese and one other topping for 7 bucks. Same pizza at pizza hit is more than twice that.
