I enjoyed my experience! The food was awesome the service was great fast friendly and the price was just right

What a great little gem of a restaurant. The shrimp tacos were really the best, as well as the fajitas. We had a large party so margarita pitchers were required. They came iced cold and the waiters replaced the used glasses with resalted ones.Service was outstanding as well as all our meals.

For MANY years this restaurant has been my family's favorite gathering place. We even celebrated my husband's return from Afghanistan at this restaurant. That all changed this past Saturday night. I had reserved the back room, well in advance, for 30 people for a surprise party for my husband. Everyone was there by 6:30 and the party began. Everyone was ordering drinks, snacking on chips and dips andmingling. Soon, the waiter came in (one waiter for 30 people) and started taking orders. Now, with 30 people ordering meals, all the food cannot possibly come out at the same time, so, some of us were finishing our meals as others were just receiving theirs. No problem.. We had just cut the cake and were still eating that and finishing meals when the waiter came in at 8:15 and told us another party had just arrived for the room and we needed to leave. As I said, people were still eating dinner!! So, as everyone is trying to get to go boxes and clear out, the 30 of us were now bunched together at the door because we hadn't even received our checks yet! But they wouldn't let us sit and wait for our checks because they were scrambling to clean and get the other people in! They had no room in the main dining room for everyone to sit and finish meals so everyone, very angrily left. What had started out as a wonderful celebration turned in to a disaster! We were beyond disappointed and our family and friends will not be returning to this restaurant again.

This restaurant, in Orange Park FL, is a little gem if an eatery in an area riddled with fast food options. The food is hearty and the menu creates quite the conundrum! Tostada? Enchilada? Combo plates? Salad? Decisions, decisions! I’m always surprised at the beautiful tomatoes in the depth of winter, but, it is FL! I default to the chicken fajitas, no peppers or onions, no sour cream and sadly, no guacamole (it’s a dairy thing) so essentially, I’m served a hot sizzling platter of perfectly prepared, delicious chicken! We recently hosted a gathering in the private section available to groups of 10+. The service was impeccable; the manager with his fabulous sense of humor made my day!

I came in and had the “Carne Asada” and I could not even finish it!!! It was a huge plate two ???? up.

The worst I have ever had..chicken..steak and rice were dry. Big hunk of tomato and even bigger hunk of onion. I will never come here again.

My overall favorite restaurant!Authentic Mexican food, it's excellent.

I had to find a place to feed 35 people after a funeral. I called several places who would never even return my call.La Nopalera in Orange Park not only answered right away, the gentleman said they could absolutely accommodate us. I thought they would seat us in the dining room. But when we got there, they had a separate room for us. The accommodations, food and service were stellar. If I could give 10 stars I would. They made a difficult time much easier. Thank you staff.

Food tastes fantastic and never takes too long to receive it! The people are usually kind and helpful. Plus with the deals they have, money is never a regret for me at least.

The food was good amd the drinks are always good. Our server must of been brand new or was having a bad day but I enjoyed my time there.
