App was very slow to use. After I "placed order" I got an error message saying my order wasn't placed yet I received a confirmation email.We ordered extra crispy...crispy was very soggy and not extra anything.Mashed potatoes were great!Mac n cheese was great!Cole Slaw was bagged at the bottom of the warm food. Therefore, the cole slaw was gross & warm. The biscuits were hard as a rock. We requested plates with our meal...we received NONE. There were no condiments, no butter, no honey...nothing.Very disappointed in their food!
Not one to complain but I ordered food through the app for delivery. Did not get a sandwich or my large mashed potatoes and they refuse to answer the phone. Family is sick so I can’t leave the house. Been trying to call for the an hour.
Very kind staff and very clean inside. They didn't put the straw in the doordash order though so hopefully they start doing that.
Usually this location is ok. But today I was charged double what I should've been charged. Not happy and will not let this happen again. Unfortunately it's the only KFC around where I live, or I would just never go back, but now that I know what games they are playing I will be more vigilant. This would've been a one star review, but the wonderful person in the window(not the one that overcharged me) was overly sweet and kind. She is the only reason it's at 3 stars. DO BETTER KFC!!!! If u are going to scam ppl make sure they can't find the correct prices online!!!
Chicken is good; however, they never fill the sides. Today, I ordered the 16 pcs meal, and the sides were for 2 people or less. I paid over $50, and honestly, they need to focus on making sure the sides are filled to the top. That's what everyone pays for, and it's each time we go is the same thing.... make sure you get your money's worth
I place my order ahead of time. It asks me to wait in the parking spot for quick pick up in which I do and wait for my food to say it is completed. Once it does I follow the instructions provided in the app and online to go inside to pick up my order. As I walk to the front door an employee directs me to the drive thru. I am now waiting on my food through the drive through as I wait for the other 4 customers to have their order made hot and ready. The only reason I came here was due to my son begging to try KFC. Well, here we are, a reminder why I don't come to KFC. Absolute insanity following $42 for my food.
I got the two piece leg, thigh, and mashed potatoes. It was very good. Just enough for lunch. Perfect! Thank you.

Man, you know how you see a commercial for something and you build it up in your head that's its going to be great, only to be disappointed. Exactly the case all around here, chicken was so so, large sides were smaller and still paid too much opinion. Score would be lower if it weren't for the friendly drive thru order cashier.
