Came in per usual to get a sub, was greeted and told there would be a 15 minute wait, I say "ok no problem" and sit down. Well I wait for about 5 minutes and realize they must be short handed. So I just order my food online thru postmates and continue waiting (so I didnt have to keep standing and waiting). About 5 more minutes later another employee shows up to the register and asks if they can take my order. I told her "it was fine, I had went ahead and ordered postmates online while I was waiting a few minutes ago" and continued to wait. 3 maybe 4 people come in, order, and all receive their food. So I begin to wonder where my food is after another couple came in, ordered, and received there food also. Naturally, I asked the girl if she knew where my order was and she asks if I had an Uber order... while handing me a bag. I told her no, "I had told you AND the other women I'd ordered online postmates while waiting earlier and have watched 5 people receive their food after waiting over 30 minutes". I asked her how long my food had been sitting there and she rolls her eyes and tells me to "read the receipt". Never felt so disrespected in my life.So basically, they were obviously being spiteful about me ordering online while they took 10 minutes to get to the register to take an order....please leave the emotions at home young ladies and for the love of god, please grow up and don't give Firehouse Subs a bad name in Orange Park.
I placed an order for a party sub box, with 2 hours notice(when other places needed 24 hours notice). The two young people working were both helpful and very respectful, and the subs were ready when I arrived. They included napkins, Mayo, and pickle spears, and the food was perfect!!! Huge appreciation for their time!!! ???

Love the subs flavor, hate the price. 2 large subs, no combos, no chips, no drinks, $28.00. Thats $14.00 for a sub. Seriously, way OVER PRICED for subs. I can no longer afford Firehouse as a place for lunch during the week.
The worst sub I've ever eaten. I used to love their subs but this store 39B is terrible and I'll never eat firehouse again
