The most horrible service ever at the Fleming Island location. Ordered a hot decaf coffee with cream to go at 2:51pm (drive-thru). Waitress served cold coffee. Drive-thru service is at its worse. Don’t waste your money or time here.
This is the most disorganized location I’ve ever been too. The food wasn’t cooked and tasted strange. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
this is the 2nd time I've purchased the unsweetened black tea, only to find out after I drove away that it had soured. I've literally NEVER had this problem at Starbucks! I won't be purchasing tea from this location again ?
Only thing that's changed is the High azz prices but I still love the Donuts! I love the Bagel twists too that I used to eat in NYC but they don't have here in Florida (Orange Park To West Palm Beach?
Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese crossiant. Got to work and took a bite and tasted disgusting. Opened sandwich and my bacon is burnt!! Why would you serve this to a customer? Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I'm not one to complain about things..I used to work at dunkin for 2 years..I normally stop on my way home to get an iced coffee an bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.. 6 out of 10 times I get the maple bacon or the pepper bacon instead of regular bacon, the first 2 I do not like..i get its busy and people are training and mistakes happen.. but its annoying.. I have to take the bacon off my sandwich and eat it that way...its happened at 2 stores I frequent..
This location isn’t very inviting. I put in a mobile order 15 min before showing up. When i got there, not a single employee welcomed me in. They have their mobile orders set so far back on the counter that i cant even see if my order is done. Turns out my order was completed. So instead of being able to walk in and just grab my order and leave. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and give me my order. This isn’t the first time either. They need to work on greeting people when they walk in.
I'm a go-to Dunkin drinker. This is a good location.If you come here often or really at all, download the app for points! It's worth it.
what’s the point of order ahead? order a coffee and ice latte 10 minutes ahead and still have to wait at the counter for another 8 minutes...then catch an attitude when I ask for whipped cream on the latte (which was on the order). This is not the first time with the bad experience and long wait at this location.
Hashbrowns are stale. Coffee tastes nasty, they need to clean the coffee pot. I recommend finding a different dunkin or just buy the grounds yourself and make it at home.
