I stop by this particular dunkin every morning on my way to work and i do gotta say i enjoy my experience its not always smiles and being that its early in the morning i completely understand that does not hinder them from showing outstanding professionalism and courtesy people like this dont always get the credit nor recognition they deserve but they definitely deserve this praise so thank you for making each day i show up a much better day than it started keep up the excellent work ????
I run on Dunkin! Ordered a dozen assorted donuts and three iced coffees through the app and got tons of bonus points! My order was ready at the drive up window when I arrived. Staff was fast, friendly, and happy! ? Everything was perfect. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks because the coffee tastes better to me and is not as pricey. ? ?
I asked for 3caramel 2cream!! Every time i stop here it’s trash service!! Are the headphones broken because apparently there’s a disconnect. I probably stop by every once in a while when i can’t go to the other location hoping it’s changed. There’s no diversity in this location which is why the service and coffee is trash.
I usually order after 4pm because I work the night shift. Every time I go to this location the employees are very kind so I tend to leave a tip. My only complaint is they typically don't have Boston creme donuts after 4pm.
Bought 3 ice coffee from there tonight. And mine had like a piece of cleaning towel in it almost made me crash on the buckman bridge trying to get it out of the roof of my mouth! Disgusting!! Called and talked to the manager and was told pretty much I was a liar and that he made the coffee. What ever I'm not gonna argue or waist any more of my time with it, I just won't go back.
So I ordered food through DoorDash with this location. And not only did we not get anything we ordered but we called the store multiple times to complain because we paid for things we did not get, and nobody answered. Now I’m not usually one to be a Karen and complain. But I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and got a croissant, and I ordered a iced vanilla chia latte and got a green drink no idea what that was. Also ordered 6 donuts and none of them were what we ordered. I’m just baffled at the poor service. Obviously someone just started throwing stuff into a bag and called it a day. So very unpleased.
This location recently is under new management. Not only is he the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered, he couldn’t care less about his customers. Sent an email to corporate about the experience, and he didn’t care either. I recommend you go to another location if you want any decent service
My tea was full of loose tea leaves and completely undrinkable. I ordered a sour cream doughnut and received a blueberry one. I threw the entire order in the trash.
For some reason this is not one of the better Dunkins. They don’t have things on the menu often, and their coffee doesn’t taste good like the other Dunkins in the area. Sure wish they’d get it straight. Thank you.
They can't never get it right here the drive-thru is so long instead of turning around and waiting in the Drive-Thru again you just decide never mind. Also the inside is always closed so you have to go through the drive-thru.
