I have always love Dunkin’ but this place has went down hill. Order bagel cream cheese and it’s not toasted and cold. Great! Get items you didn’t order and charged for it and tell them and they don’t care at all (oh well).. Never treats the loyal customers any different…
Twice now. I've walked in (the door chimes when you walk in) and not been acknowledged for over 5 minutes. I won't be returning. Not good customer service even if the coffee is good.
This is a very good Dunkin. One of the best in the area, if not the best. Coffee always tastes good and fresh. Donuts and other food are always on point. Been going here a couple of years and I’ve never had anyone wait on me with a bad attitude. Good employees. Thank you.
When I drive in property the outside music was so loud and it didn’t stop once I entered the building. I stood at the counter and no one came to assist me. I had to go get the attention of 2 people at the drive thru. I had to basically yell because the music was so loud. I asked them if them would turn the music down and the young lady stated the manager was there and had the music at that level. I expressed I shouldn’t have to basically yell to make an order. Needless to say I cut my order short and think this is bad business and very unprofessional. I tried to post the video so you could hear how loud but was unable to.
Devante was amazing and even sang us a christmas song in the drive thru! will return here. starbucks needs to step up their game.
I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was cheerful and on point both with the drive thru order taker and the drive through window. The wraps were piping hot and the coffee tasty.
I guess you need to go through the drive-thru to get fast service because if you go inside and order at the counter it takes forever to be helped and receive your order. Ridiculous
The associates are great! I enjoy speaking with them when not a soul is behind me in the drive in. And thanks for fixing the holes in the concrete.Connie Smith

Excellent coffee and breakfast choice apart from the obvious and superb donuts
