My order was ready at 9:38 and I didn’t get it until 10:57. When the driver got here our order wasn’t even In a hot bag, box was damaged and I asked about that- his reply was it happens. I’ve always ordered from domino’s for years and never has it arrived like that. The cheese bread had more grease in the box than The hair aisle at Walmart and there was a hair in it.
1 hour and 25 minutes to receive 2 "large" puzzas, 1 pasta, and 2 breads....$53 with tip. The "large" pizzas are at best equivalent to a medium pizza at any local pizza place. I needed to feed 4 adults and 3 kids and this meal absolutely did not cut it. It's a joke how far downhill the pizza sizes have gone. Get 5 star, Brewster, or Rennas. Domino's is now a huge waste of time and money.
I ordered pizza and couple sides. Took over hour and half to get the pizza. I called the store and lady told me he had one stop prior to me. The delivery guy gets here I asked to see if food was hot or at least warm and he got an attitude and said what are you trying to pull as he can see cash in my hand I said I want hot food that I’m paying food. I call the store and she was like what would you like me to do. I would like hot food that I’m paying for,
We ordered two pizzas at 6 pm and it took past 8 pm to receive them after they cancelled items and when calling to find out how long they picked up the phone and just hung up… twice. Won’t be spending any $ here again and will make sure to warn others smh
I called Domino's at 4:20 pm. I asked to have the pizza at 6:45 pm. Well, the pizza was thirty minutes late. The cheese dipping sauce greasy. I called four times only to be told "we're sorry." The next phone call was "we only have two drivers and nobody wants to work." The manager seemed to not care. He said the idea was to make sure everyone got hot food. To make it worse when the delivery driver showed up he didn't say a word ?. He drove a pick up, older with grey hair. He gave me the pizza and left. I am SURE nothing will come of this. This will be the last time I order anything from Domino'sidea
The pizza was good and all however I also ordered some honey barb q wings and though it was going to come as advertised on the menu nope they put regular oven baked chicken in the box and just squirted barb q sauce on the chicken like a hot dog the chicken didn’t look done either. Not a happy customer at all!!!
Ordered Philly Steak Pizza with Xtra Steak & Xtra cheese. Pizza was delivered in 45 minutes, not bad time. It was cold and burnt with almost no Steak meat on it. I haven't ordered from Domino's in awhile, now I remember why. I should have made the drive to Vito's Pizzeria. We have a couple of slices left if anyone wants them.
No longer ordering from Dominoes due to the fact that my online order took an 1hr and 30min to get to me after I called and check on the status of my order. No one called me to inform me that the delivery would be running behind. Furthermore, I asked if we were getting our surprised item since we ordered online and he stated no that it's a lottery. Wow, false advertisement!! We will order from Pizza Hut going forward!!
When my order took forever to arrive I called and was advised it would take another 30 minutes. I told her then that it would be cold. She said it would be fine as it was stored in the foil bags and as soon as the driver got back it would be sent out. When it finally arrived it was luck warm and when I called to complain I was hung up on. Not once mind you but 6 times. Living only 1.6 miles from the store I fed the kids from 2 lukewarm pies (36 dollar order) gathered the two other pies up and headed over. Dropped the pies on the counter, told them no one hangs up on me, demanded full refund or corporate was hearing from me, and my long term business was going elsewhere! Got the refund, no apology and of course she had ,the manager, had no idea who did that. GOOD RIDANCE DOMINOS PIZZA!
Great service and they always make sure your order is confirmed before sending you out the door.
