So we ordered an online pizza and the App said it would be 9.99 which I would expect it to be a little more because of tax but not 15$!! He said it would be 13 and some change but hen he just said 14 and we accidentally gave him 15( mind you we are kids) and he counted and just drove off really fast!!! Like dude don’t take advantage of people especially kids!!!
Prices online and in store are totally different... how does my order cost $5 more cause I called it in instead of using the website that never saves my toppings correctly? Shows $7.99 if I ordered online but $10 in store for the same pizzas using the same coupon. Won't make a habit out of this place that's for sure, the 3.6 stars is making a lot of sense now.
I order from here often and they always mess up. For the error with this order, on 4/9, I called to get my burnt pizza remade and redelivered. Spoke with someone named Hope who said it's because it's thin crust and if she sent another it'll be the same (apparently they only serve burnt thin crust pizzas?). Even my hand tossed pizza is overcooked. She said it would take an hour to an hour and a half to get it. So surprised that she and Domino's would think that is normal or acceptable
We love that we can get a thin crust. Always delicious -people are very friendly. Don’t always use tracker but we always end up getting pizza pretty close to time and it’s correct and piping hot and pleasant workers. Great store!
Over all good, have had no issues with customer service, only catch is how often I've needed customer service, never once received any sauces I've ordered, and more than once I've received my pizza missing missing either the sauce or the cheese, sometimes the toppings, I've found out not to bother on weekends, weekdays typically no problem, but busy weekends quality is tossed out the window, I sympathize with how slammed they get but I still want what I pay for. Also hit or miss if you choose no contact
Absolutely the SLOWEST store!!! They always have an excuse as to why. Also they delete your online account or screw it up so you can’t claim your free pizza. Rudest employees
Pizza delivered whole not cut when I called the store the manager asked if I had a knife with an unprofessional attitude. Said she would give me a credit or could redeliver in 2 hours! and then again said sorry and hung up, didn't ask for my info for the credit or anything. Won't be using this unprofessional company again.
Ordered pizza and it was ready in exactly two minutes from placing the order. They said to get ahead they start making the order while you are ordering. The order status said pizza would be ready in 9-19 minutes. Plenty of time to pick up with quoted time. Asked about another fresh pizza and all they did was heat the original one up. Said she had 15 pizzas to make.my pizza was super dry!
The BEST pizza ever, always when I am in town. True quality and amazing customer service. 6/5 stars if I could. Even better, there is a wonderful LGBQT local bar next door! Coldest beers in town. Amazing!
The people that work at this Domino's are awesome. My orders are always hot, fresh and delivered in a timely manner. Keep up the good work and I will keep ordering the pies!!!
