Very fast service, so friendly and smiling faces!! Food is always fresh and delish! Thank you for taking pride in your jobs!!
Today my family and I stopped into this location, we where greeted with a smile from Paul. He was very pleasant and helped us quickly. While waiting for our food to be prepared we got a free show with the team singing alone with the radio. This was a fantastic thing to witness, meaning a group of team members getting along so well is rare to see in fast food. The food was good but the service we got here today was top notch and I wouldn’t change a thing.
Went out to have a double bacon cheese burger delux combo meal and my burger was not prepared as it looked on their picture and of course the fries were warm☹️ I asked for a fresh order of fries and was looked at as if they didn't want to put the order in!!!?.. And to too top it off, I ordered the banana split and was given 3 small dolups of ice cream, a banana that was rotten on the ends, a squirt of caramel, chocolate and 5 pieces of pineapples on top of it!!! Wishing i had pictures to show?..And she had a nerve to be mad..?I am done supporting these so called friendly restaurants ????
I don't frequent Dairy Queen much at all. But I have been dropping by this location a few times, and every single time I go there service is amazing. I don't like the quality of the meat in the burgers. Has nothing to do with how it's made. But I would rather come by this store and get amazing service then go to another chain and get the garbage service with slightly better burger. This team is great, and the management Staff is doing a great job, which is a rare thing these days.
Asked for a basic hamburger and received everything including cheese. I made it a point to let the cashier that I am allergic to dairy 3 times. He couldn't understand that the milk shake was to go and had to remake it because it was melted. I explained to him and the manager that the milk shake was for my daughter at home. After getting home there was cheese on my burger so I just threw it all away. Never again go back this is on Kingsley by the library in Orange Park.

Had a Cherry Chocolate blizzard it was so good. However don't bother to ask for a pup cup for your fur baby. They had the nerve to charge me .27 for maybe a cup that was less than 1 oz I'm not cheap but come on. My dog looked at me and it was like your kidding right.Now go to Jeremiah's and you get a huge cup.
Yummy ice cream treat for the family! Dining room was crowded so we opted for the drive up. We have a large family so our orders can me mixed up from everyone wanting something different but DQ was in point and got everything right the first time. Quick and friendly service. ?✌?
The absolute BEST Dairy Queen in town! Don't confuse this one and the one on Blanding Blvd. This one is on Kingsley Ave near 17. I've tried different ones but I will always go back to this one. Great food, great workers, great atmosphere!
Super friendly staff, very clean dining room and bathroom. Received food as ordered. Most pleasant experience we have had in a fast food restaurant in a very long time.
