You can tell this place is hurting for staff. You ALWAYS wait twenty to thirty minutes to be seated. You ALWAYS wait thirty to forty minutes for your food. You never see the same waitress more than twice. Every waitress needs a menu because they don’t know why the restaurant serves. IF you can make it past those hurdles the food is decent to good. It’s a good alternative to a fast food breakfast. I’d pick here over Metro because I’m not packed in like a sardine.
There was a long wait to be seated (30 minutes).There were only 5 or 6 tables of customers, they were not super busy, about another 30 minutes for food to arrive after ordering, the hashbrowns could have been cooked a bit more and the over easy eggs were way over done.
Cannot comment to food as we never got served. We were seated, placed our order, and waited. After 20 minutes, we flagged our server and told them we had to leave, she said she would check on it and disappeared again, after another 10 minutes we got up, offered to pay for our drink (which they declined) apologized and left. Unfortunately no one chose to communicate with us during the entire wait. We used to frequent this place back when it was open for dinner, but we will not try it for lunch again.
Went in for the first time. The server was prompt and brought the drinks and took the order. Never refilled drink until told that a refill for coffee was needed. Came by several times and said the food would be out in a couple minutes. Needless to say it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, the meat was burnt, eggs was awful, mashed potatoes was cold. And just as we were finishing up the meal, another server told the people that just came in that it would be 30-45 minutes before the food would arrive.. not going back again
Do NOT come here we arrived at the restaurant that wasn’t even filled. We we’re sat fairly quickly and received drinks in a timely manner. Our waitress then walked away for nearly 15 Minutes without taking our order. She finally comes to take our order after taking a five top tables order. Proceeding that we had three other tables get sat and receive food while we still sat with nothing to eat.Staff is very kind and helpful except for the waitress with the blonde curly hair and a tattoo on the back of her arm.Don’t waste your time here! We finally left an hour and 15 minutes later with empty stomachs and a rude attitude from the waitress who stated it was be another 20 minutesWe had a table of three people who order egg sausage and toast
$31 for 2, food was meh. Server Never refilled the drink. Mom asked for white gravy, but server brought brown and explained the food came with brown gravy. Well she doesn't like brown gravy, explain before the food is serve, not after
Atmosphere was nice, servers were polite and attentive. I was here for breakfast, the food and price was acceptable. I will definitely be going back.
I am sad to say that I don't think I will be back. It was my favorite breakfast place. My family likes a different spot. I make them come here. They always complain but I don't. Until now. I went in with my hubby and sister. The food and service was soooooo bad I was embarrassed. It was not overly busy but you would have thought it was. No refills in drinks never checked on us after the food was brought and the food was bad...very bad. So if you are going to go maybe lower your expectations.
Minimal wait for the 3 of us to be seated for breakfast. Table and floor were clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food came quick and was hot. This was done during black Friday morning. I will be a return customer.
Waitress was rude they unchanged for every side even though it came with 3 sides and each were on the menu, when I asked she said it's because I ordered the breakfast plate, I said I didn't I ordered the dinner. The lady rudely raised her voice over me just asking. We've gone for years to support a small business but never again.. if we want breakfast we'll go to wafflehouse or really anywhere else
