I was walking into hair salon, (around1130am) when i noticed a very young man get out of a grey nissian, he had a CiCi uniforn on, and bottle water in hand. There was trash on ground in front of store. He stopped, picked it up, walked it to trash can and proceeded into restaurant. You don't see this now a days with these younger generations or older folks. Your facility should be proud and thankful to have such a hard working young man, kid who goes way above and beyond. Too think he did this and hadn't even started his shift yet. (From what i gathered, looked like parent dropping him off) This boy should be noticed.
Had decided not to visit here again, but everyone wanted to try again. We went Sat. 5-14-22 around 3:00. Amazed! The cashier nice, the bar was stocked and pizza hot, sauces looked good and the salad bar. I could not believe how good all the pizzas were and the desserts. I was so impressed that I even went up and asked for the manager to tell him to keep up the great work. Please give them a second chance. There were not even a group of teens huddled in the kitchen not paying attention. The ones working kept the bar looking nice. Thank you for a great experience. I would like to see someone wiping down the tables more after people leave.
Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a friendly face.the pizza was coming out fresh and hot with very little time in between pizzas. Which for this location extremely rare.the new management had plenty of experience cooks and cashiers with 2 extras calling out for more pizzas.Like when they first opened. If I had to say something bad all the games where broke and where in need of maintenance.

Pizza don't taste the same.. counter personal with a attitude. 3 starts because it was clean and chef was very nice. But not the same place.
Customer service was awesome even the cook came out to make sure everyone was enjoying the food and asked if there was anything special he could make for us and was very nice. The whole crew that was there on 3/9/22 around 4pm done a great job keeping everyone happy and food up ready to go. I won't definitely go back my daughter loves it there and would recommend everyone to go visit.
We came during a crazy dinner rush. The entire staff worked quickly and efficiently to keep the buffet line full. Everything was hot and delicious and they did it with a smile the whole time.
As always, good food and family atmosphere. However, the music is too loud. A little less loud is perfect to eat and share with loved ones.
We have a delicious meal at Cicis today. Everything was fresh and very good. The restaurant was so clean and attractive. We are excited to return very soon!
