I’ve been been coming here with my partner and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, customer service is great and we get speedy service.
I picked up a veggie burrito bowl in their drivethru, only to get home and discover they added meat. I'm vegan and had to throw the whole bowl away. Unable to get through the robots to talk to a human at the store, and after making a complaint online, was only emailed a $5 coupon.
This location needs a good cleaning. The food is okay/ good. Other locations are better. Looks like mostly young people working, they are helpful and some of the employees try to go beyond and friendly. But the bathroom toilet in woman’s bathroom has had issues for at least a few months now. Then the other day when I visited, a lady came out of the restroom and said the toilet wasn’t working/flushing, I told an employee, she said “oh that always happens”, ..glad I only needed to wash my hands. Plus I’ve noticed the bathroom not very clean, worse each time. Never seen a manager. Too bad. My husband loves the Chipotle bowls, I don’t like going there anymore.
All seating at 1:15 pm on Friday was dirty. Manager fails to walk around to hols people accountable. Man making dishes and serving does not change out gloves. He will pick up cheese and lettuce with gloved hands and wipe the counter too and serve you.
I’ve only used this location for their pick up service, but my order is always ready, hot, fresh and has always been correct. Employers are friendly and you’re always greeted with a hello.
Love the order online pick up at drive thru option. Excellent Weight Watchers friendly menu. One of my go to places when I don't have time to cook.
Hands down the worst Chipotle(Fleming Island) in the world , maybe the worst fast food restaurant ever. For starters it’s filthy!! Nothing but kids working there, only person in line and the girl doesn’t know how to operate the register. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to get rung up, she asked for help a few times, never received it. Then tells me “it does this all the time”. They need to burn it down and start over.
Chelsea the manager is awesome. She was having a really bad day and understaffed on Jan 27th and we came after a high school basketball game they were out of a couple item . The employees immediately cooked fresh items and replaced cold items with fresh items without a problem and it was 930. Employees kept us informed on what the wait time was and they never got irritated. Chelsea came and thanked us for being patient and she had been there over 12 hrs with a smile. She deserves a promotion she should be re training the orange park store they seem to have hit a real rough spot. Thanks Chelsea you made me change locations
Would give a zero star if possible... they have a vegan chorizo bowl but struggle to know if something else is vegan without asking everyone else in the place... severely lacking in options for customization and the vegan choizo is certainly not worth ever going back.
I am NEVER one to give a bad review. Most restaurants I review get four to five. But this.....THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE ARE PAYING MONEY FOR? 2 tacos. Steak and chicken. ZERO SPICES. ZERO FLAVOR the steak, all I could taste is the heat, which I love. But beyond that, overcooked. Like eating a chopped up tire. The chicken? Burnt. Dry. Again, ZERO SEASONING. it's like NOONE tastes food there before it goes out.It's a new location. New appliances. New grill. New everything. It should be on point. I spent 10 YEARS as a sous chef, and haven't tried Chipotle until today. This was UNACCEPTABLE. Had I served this in the restaurants I have worked in, I'd be fired ON THE SPOT. And I mean, really, people? You're fine with parting with nine bucks for sub-par food?The guy in the big black boots HATES CHIPOTLE??????
