Our server, Shirley was awesome! Lately the quality of service around town has been less than par. She was spot on from the time we sat down until we left. Her tables kept her running yet she was prompt and attentive to our needs! She was perfect!Food was good and didn't take too long.Thanks to the staff for providing a positive experience ?
I placed my order online an hour before I left the office to be picked up at 1:15. Not only did I drive 20 minutes to get to the restaurant but I waited way past the time my order should have been ready out in my car in the heat. After no one coming out to even acknowledge my presence let alone to let me know that my order was running behind or that they were short staffed I got out of my car and went into the restaurant to be told by the curbside to go lady that my order wasn’t ready and I was just going to have to wait. At no point did she apologize or offer any reason for why my order was late even after I told her I was on my lunch break. I then asked to speak with the manager because at that point I no longer wanted the food I wanted a refund, When the manager comes out all she said is I’m short staffed. At no point did she try to rectify the situation or try to apologize. I previously worked 15 years in customer service in the restaurant industry and would NEVER send a customer off feeling the way I did today. My time is valuable and if I’m gonna go out of my way to purchase from your restaurant I would think you would be willing to make sure I was happy when I left. Horrible service!
My food was good. There was hair in one of our parties food. The waitress barely came to check on us. Not too happy with the visit but my food tasted great.
I walked into Petco tonight at 7:15. A young lady by the name of Angel was working at the register. I asked if she could help me with fish. She was very polite and came right over to help. While walking to the aquariums a man by the name of Charles told her the lights were off. I guess that meant I wasn’t supposed to buy fish? She helped me even though he told her not to and was so patient and so respectful and nice.
A+ if you are passing by, stop in and try them out. We weren't sure about where to eat and stopped here last week. Great service with cold drinks and fast warm food. Hard to find that level of service these days. My family is still taking about the great time we had here, so I decided to give them this review. Just want to say thanks to the staff :)
This 5 star review is because of the bartender, Erika. She was so busy, making service drinks, guest drinks, running food, taking orders, taking tables, welcoming guests at the door, and a ton of other things and she did it ALL with a smile and good attitude. I’m in the service industry, and to be that busy, providing amazing customer service, and delivering/preparing quality product is amazing. We will be back because of Erika.
The pros: wait staff was excellent, they were clearly running understaffed, but we're pleasant and attentive.The cons: worst margarita I've ever had. I'm 90% sure it was made with vodka instead of tequila. Burgers were undercooked (very pink) but honestly tasted good enough to eat most of it.

Great service. Erica my server was outstanding!However, when my French fries came out cold I did mention that. But, when I thought I was going to get newly cooked French fries I received microwave items that were not chewable.
Good food. Only thing was my burger could have been seasoned better. But the mixed drinks were made really well and tasted as if there was no alcohol in them. All in all, not the worst experience at Chili's.
