Chick fil a needs to get better chicken for the sandwiches and buns. The buns are to moist and squished every time we get sandwiches. They don't pack the ? you barley get any or you get small little pieces.
Most efficient well run business ever. If all businesses could run as smooth as CFA we all would be in better shape

My husband's chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. Never had that happen at a chick-fil-a!!! Employees were great. My salad delicious.
God's chicken... Great food and even better service. I cannot give the staff enough credit they are awesome.

Went inside to place my order as there were over 20 cars lined up in DT. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and two cups of chicken tortilla soup.. waited almost 15 minutes received the order and went home. After opening the bag realized that they packed chicken noodle soup not tortilla soup. Called them and was told that's what we ordered. ( No we didn't) was told we could come back and exchange the soup. Or come back within 30 days to get replacement. Not the usual high standards of service we are used to at this location.
The parking lot is a bit small and strange, but not too bad, just follow the cones. All of the employees I've encountered are all very pleasant despite working outside in unfavorable weather. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. Also, BEST LEMONADE IN THE WORLD!!! Highly recommend getting an Arnold Palmer as your drink.
Good food, friendly staff, but the drive thru lines were very long. I waited about 20 minutes to get through it completely
Horrible experience with management. I even called corporate and all I got was deaf ears. Just be weary and remember... the squeaky wheel gets the grease. So make sure you ack like a Karen or Kevin to get what you want. Apparently constructive feedback and kind demors don't do well with Chik-fil-a.
