The management team does not know how to properly handle a dissatisfied customer due to mistake made by an employee, I was inconvenience so badly today by my order taken incorrectly and instead of the management team member Gabby not understanding the problem resulted in a difference in price in which I’m due plus myself being inconvenienced by having to drive back to this location and gas is extremely expensive, I only leave my house when necessary. She did not give me the difference nor attempted to compensate me for driving back… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE… I would like the general manager or owner to contact me regarding this issue.
Horrible management doesn’t know how to treat their employees and they will hire anyone.
What happened to the customer service, “my pleasure “ Chick Fil A? The employees here do not want your business. We heard an employee rudely tell a customer they couldn’t place a dine in order because the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. Then, 15 minutes later, they sent a security guard to our table at 9:01 telling us we had to go as they were now closed. I can’t believe that chick Fil a has fallen so far. They used to be the top of the food chain when it came to customer service. Now they’re just a McDonald’s with no burgers.
Let me start out by saying I usually have good service.But Not this evening.Get the timing on your lights corrected was like pulling into a dark tunnel.Placed my order and nothing in this conversation did I say or even mention spicy.I pull around and it's chaos.Girl grabs a bag walking to me asked me my name.Then proceeded to puussh when was not me.Rude! Comes back by grabs another order walks towards me.And asked what was your name again?ohh walks off.Get up to window the other girl asked my name. Finally get my order get home and both sandwiches are spicy Chick-fil-A's.I don't know what's with the attitudes or the lack of training or what was going on.Get it together!!
This place is consistently clean and fast. Friendly customer service. Always listen to the order and have never had a problem with my order being incorrect. Kids love going there.
This place is always packed. Every time we drive by even on a weekend the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. I think it's this small towns hangout. It's full of pre teens and teenagers. We waited a long time and the food is equivalent to any other Chick-fil-A just not worth the wait. But hey if you're young and wanting to meet people apparently this is the place to be.
I went at around 8 pm starving. The drink had lettuce in it and I ordered nuggets & a long hair was in my nuggets I literally was pulling it out my mouth. I have locs . They are usually great but this did it for me.
This place is always bopping. The line is usually wrapped around the building. Service is always good, they're polite and sweet even if they seem overwhelmed. Food is usually hot and accurate but on occasion, you gotta triple check your bag for missing items like condiments and sauces. To be fair, I don't check the bag most of the time because they are accurate most of the time. Mobile ordered breakfast last week and drove off with no condiments or salsa for both the scramble bowl and burrito.
So happy to be able to go inside and order my food and use the restrooms, as I was on the road traveling. They were very fast with my order and my fries and chicken tenders were hot and fresh!
Haven't found a single chick fil a where the staff is not pleasant the restrooms clean and the food hot and flavorful. Never surprised means never disappointed. Don't know where they find these kids but other fast foods should be searching the same places.
