Burger KingWe went to the drive thru for lunch around lunch time. I was pleased with how fast the service was and the employees were polite.The food was hot and the order was correct.The most frustrating part of a drive thru is never knowing if the food is fresh or if the order is correct.This visit was fantastic!
Slow service, cold/old food, missing items (drinks & food). Ordered 4 9 count chicken fries and they only gave me 1, when I got them to fix the order each one only had 8. The owner of this location really needs to get more hands on because it's been bad for years. Word of advice to customers= don't be in a hurry and always check your order before pulling out the parking lot
Monday 1pm... Two customers walked out, one demanded a refund and one man stood there FOREVER... Noone acknowledged any of us customers!When we finally speak up to get help... BAD, BAD ATTITUDES from front line workers (front cashier and drive thru cashier... who appears to be a manager; unbelievable!)I wouldn't even give this restaurant the one star, to be truthful!
Came here today with my MIL and the older lady at the window was insanely rude! She had the worse attitude of anyone I’ve ever seen working in fast food. I spoke to the manger about it and all she did was smirk and walk over and talk to her and they both laughed. Gross and unprofessional.?Will neverrrrrr eat here again.????#BeLikeChick-fil-a
Waited in drive tru over 10 minutes watched 2 other cars and myself leave as not one car had moved ahead. Same car was at speaker box as when i pulled up and still hadn't placed his order.
This is the areas best Burger King. They have kept things going non-stop during the pandemic. Orders are always correct and fresh.
Food was really good honestly but I found a hair in my jr whopper and I was kinda discussed but I'm not really the type of person to say anything or ask for a new burger .
Went to pick up order for Uber customer. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to counter. Rude employee said no supplies for order. She did not even look at me. And continued to work.
I come to this burger King quite often unfortunately the service is slow and the food isn't very good but the wife always want burger King. The store is usually dirty and unkempt and grody looking.
Honestly the only two things I eat it Burger King are onion rings and icees and they do both extremely well so five stars!
