One positive... the drive thru attendant was nice. The wait was 20 minutes... so much for fast food. But the worst was my whopper was more like a mayo burger. It was gross. Have it you're way.... did I get someone else's special mayo request? LOLI'm guessing management has given up or doesn't care.
This store is well known as the slowest service anywhere!!I’m not sure why I went back but I got an advertisement for Wednesday whopper day so I ordered a whopper with cheese online and some onion rings I chose to go in the store and pick up has their drive-through always has 20 cars in it and gas prices are too high to sit in line when I arrived the store doors were locked and they said to get in line I refused to get in line so I walked up to the window and demanded my meal that I had already ordered and paid for after 10 minutes I had my whopper and onion rings I will not make this mistake again
I'm not sure why every fast food joint is so understaffed these days but it seems like nobody wants to work these days...Other than being slow AF, it's burger King... Shouldn't be too hard to get things right if you are going to take that much time to get orders ready..
I'm willing to give a little extra time these days due to everyone having staffing challenges. But 20 minutes in drive thru with just two in front of us pretty ridiculous. Even for 10 at night.
Ms. Byrd was very professional, Courteous, and efficient when taking my order through the drive-through. The food came out fresh and she gave me a very positive experience with this Burger King. She deserves a raise❤️. Fries were piping hot and fresh, burger was made fresh veggies look great and drinks were perfect. Whoever was running the restaurant today at 2:00 PM when I came through, they’re doing a great job! Keep it up. I’ve been to this location before and I’ve been very disappointed so I’m glad something has changed Because my teenager likes Burger King ? over McDonald’s :-)
I'd give no starts if that were and option, but it's not, so 1 star. Today I went to this location to pick up lunch for myself and my son. I went inside to order and ordered a Whopper Meal and a Chi'King Meal, both were listed on the menu for $7.99 Each time the cashier asked me "medium or large"? I'm not a big fan of the upsales so each time I told her "medium" thinking that was the price listed on the board.. When I look at the receipt and see that each meal is $9.49 I asked her why? She said because you ordered the medium. I mentioned that the price on the board was $7.99 and she responded that was the price of a small which wasn't even an option when I was ordering. After discussing it with her and the shift manager, I decided, "whetever, I'm never coming back here. I'll just get me food and leave," which I did.I got back to where I was working and low and behold they gave us a fish sandwich and some kind of mini bacon cheeseburger!!!! They don't pick up the phone, I've tried calling them several times today. Southern King Holdings II LLC, the owner has no phone number listed to bring up the issues of poor service with them.Yeah, I know, I should have asked questions and I should have checked the order. You have to expect that they are going to get it wrong. It's a shame that when robots take over the fast food industry I'm not going to miss having to deal with a single one of these incompetent "workers".
45 minutes in the drive thru then I finally called it quits and left without even getting to order. This is not the first horrible experience here. Just finally bit the bullet and left a review after enough chances to get it together. A bit of advice BK either get it together or shut it down. The public deserves better!
Very quickly served through the drive thru. Always have what customers want. Staff is friendly and positive.
I got a huge 45 dollar order for 5 people and out of 20+ items all they managed to miss was a small frie . Didn't make me pull my car up and made everything fresh , I guess you can say I had it my way ! ?
Food was good. Service was OK. One person working was doing the best they could with the steady flow of people.
