This location is very NASTY!!! This store needs a deep cleaning and why are people allowed inside to lay down on the benches with no shoes on to sleep???? Homeless people camped out in the dining area with their shoes off just chillin like they live up in there!!! This is very UNSANITARY and last time I checked this is a restaurant NOT a hotel!!!!!!!! The employee was courteous and the food wasn't even hot!!!!!! NEVER again the board of health needs to shut this trifling a-- place down!!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely slow service and part of the order was wrong. Luckily what we did get was good.
There was Two cars in front of me, one car order after waiting patiently in the drive through and another car left. A guy told me to wait to order I said okay. 13 minutes later he told me there boiler broke and only had 30 meats made and there only serving chicken nuggets and fries. Worst experience I had at Burger King
They were short staff and overwhelmed with customers. I had to wait a little longer for service. But still stuck with their great customer service.
I went inside the cashier took my order wrong and it took forever to get my order and it still was wrong. The person behind was still waiting for their food after I finished eating mine smh.
This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever been in. The staff really gave a “we could care less attitude “. The food order was prepared incorrectly but I didn’t want to spend another extended time to get it corrected. The drink machine wouldn’t dispense ice or drinks so another wait to receive my drink. They were out of stock on my first two drink choices.
I have sat in the drive through for 25 minutes plus. Rude when taking order. Get it together people. We are on our lunch break and don’t want to spend it in your drive through.
One of best BK's in Jacksonville. They work really hard here to keep their drive through moving! From driving up and ordering to paying and driving off....less than 5 minutes....even during peak hours. Staff is always friendly....just an overall good experience.
went to the Wells road location tonight and they said they weren't able to make any cheeseburgers ?♀️
Horrible! Just worse experience I ever had at a fast food place. Employee was so rude , fought with me for no reason. I asked for chicken fingers ( didnt know they were fries?) then told me to get a kids meal and pushed for it for 5 minutes. I didn’t want one and at that point I was done. My gf was at home waiting for food. I finally got through the drive thru only to get to the window and they never took my order. Employee gave me the worse attitude. As a Manager if this was my employee they would get retrained and put in the back immediately. Uncalled for remarks and smart talking because I didn’t want a kids meal he was trying to push onto me. Never been here and will never be here again
