always delicious wings and food
Parker was AWESOME! He took excellent care of us for lunch today. Very friendly, efficient, the perfect balance for a great server/bartender. His service went above and beyond in handling a mild food allergy. I'm happily impressed with how he handled the kitchen, and his communication with us was refreshing and honest. Great job!! The food was hot and delicious, the beverages were cold and tasty! I will definitely be coming back, and requesting Parker again!

Great environment for business meetings or getting out with the family.Reasonably priced, cooks & waiting staff do great!Great wing flavors (Garlic Parmesan, Caribbean jerk, Buffalo) are on point and there are plenty of non chicken options to select from as well.
The food and staff are amazing, and the inside seems larger than most locations. The strange thing is the parking lot. It's a strange maze to get in, and if you visit at night, the entire building is nothing but darkness.
Buffalo Wild Wings is our favorite spot to get wings and/or watch sporting events (UFC mostly). They have a nice variety of sauces and dry rubs to choose from and will bring cups of any sauce to the table. The buffalo cauliflower is outstanding. If you like wings give them a try.
Bad experience:Walked in, got a seat. Waited several minutes before 1st order (drink order). I'm not sure if waitress was busy, but other employees were standing around jawing having a good time. Not a good impression from a business owner. If extra needs to be done, get moving to help out your staff. Don't believe me, watch cameras March 5th throughout lunchtime.Food was not well prepared. Manager never even checked on us. Didn't give us a discount after having to change the menu because the boneless wings were bad, hard and more breading than meat. Changed over to another entree and didn't have the decency to give us a discount after serving bad food. Burger was 60% to 70% meat (meat %). One bite and my meat had an old taste, and crumbled in my mouth (like minced). Presentation was good. Was just expecting a better meal on both sides with my family like I experience in the New Orleans-Metairie area.You will find better meat in the Walmart deli. Don't believe me, try it.
Loved it! But definitely seemed like they were understaffed as my waitress was doing practically everything! And a group of staff was just standing around in the back. Picking up like 2 tables the whole hour i was there. My waitress went absolutely above and beyond.
Upsetting man. Iv been there a few times it was decent. This time I placed a timed order for 515 (an hour ahead) . When I got my fries were way over cooked like so hard it hurt biting one, my wings were not wet, others were barely tossed in the dry rub. Looks like they just tossed it on top. N it was all very cold. We couldn't even eat but a few bites before having enough. Money wasted that worked all that morning for.
