I cannot rave about this Bono‘s location enough!! The staff is always so friendly, they take such great care of us- every single time. Not to mention the food, the food is always so good!! Highly recommend, we love Bono‘s Fleming Island and all the staff, especially the ladies working at the to go windows!! Your kindness and smiles are always appreciated!!
I'm very disappointmented with my BBQ. Salad. The portion of my turkey and pork would literally suffocate my lettce. Please at least apply more lettce !Other than my disappointment on the " salad ?" . I love you guys. Maybe a free BBQ salad with lettce make my a happier person then I am now. God bless. ? If you are familiar with the area, you can probably find it just fine. My GPS, however, took a few loops, trying to get to this establishment.I was in there on Saturday 5/7, a little before 4PM and took my food to go. Unfortunately, by the time we had the boat tied up and we started eating, it was too late to take it back.The brisket... well, that's what they called it, anyway. It was the DRIEST, DARKEST brisket I've ever seen. It was brittle! I just cracked off each bite, base there was no cutting to it. It shattered. I can't believe an employee would even SERVE THIS! It was horrible!I gave them the second star, ONLY because the potato salad and the mac n cheese were quite good.Normally, this chain is better. Could have been an off day, I've never been to this location (Fleming Island), but I'm told it's usually very good.I don't live in the area and it was past closing when we returned to the boat ramp, so going back to talk to the manager wasn't really an option.Meh. I'd be cautious here.
This Bono's was good. They have a convenient drive thru window. Food was great as always. Had pork plate with 2 sides and texas toast. Love the original sauce but they have many others.
First time I’ve been to Bono’s and not sure if I’ll ever try again. I paid $20 for a meal with brisket and EVERY SINGLE piece I was given was filled with fat. Absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it. I get that meat has fat…but they didn’t even TRY to give me any pieces that would be good. I paid $20 for fries ?
Loved the smoked turkey, waitress was very nice . Great overall experience.
I recommend you go in and eat and not when it's busy. The waitresses are awesome. The food is good. Call in orders, drive thru..... go somewhere else. Always, always have a bad experience.
