I had a really great lunch today at this Bojangles Restaurant! For starters, their customer service was exemplary and Roxie who was the manager on duty today, along with a brand-new employee, set that tone. As for the meal, well, it was served hot & fresh, and it was delicious! I found this this restaurant to be very clean, which is important, especially when dining-in. Bottom line...GREAT experience! Thank you!!!
For those not in the know. Bojangles has one of the best breakfast menus as far as food is concerned. They use real egg that adds heft to a soft buttery biscuit. Best part of all is that they offer all day breakfast which is great if your someone like me who enjoys breakfast all day any day! Sometimes they even run a special where you can get two breakfast biscuits on special. My only knock is that the location nearest me has constantly changing hours due to staffing issues.
Be very careful eating here, this peice of metal was in my food. From the looks of it, it looks like steel wool.
I ordered an sausage biscuit combo..The tea was weak and the sandwich wasn't appealing so without any hesitation they replace my sandwich and drink. They were apologetic.
The tea was watered down and the fries were cold and drowned with salt. I just counted it as a lost because the drive-thru line was long and the dine in was closed
Bojangles has great food. For breakfast it's got to be the Cajun Filet Biscuit and for lunch it's the chicken Supreme tenders. Love the hashbrowns and the fries. Food is always hot and fresh. Short of 5 stars due to a issue recently where the lobby has been closed.
Wonderful crew! Always fast and fresh!
They're chicken is fine, nothing spectacular though. And the chicken sandwich was ok. It's not as good as a lot of other chicken sandwiches out there, but there wasn't anything wrong with it necessarily. Their fries are really good though! I would put them in my top 5, maybe even top 3. However, I was a little disappointed that they were out of the Mountain Dew Southern Shock. It's one of my top Dews and one of the reasons I go to Bojangles. The service was pretty good. Our order was correct and prepared quickly. The staff were also friendly. Overall a good experience.
We came in at 5 till 8 New Years Eve. I walked up first to see if they were open and was met by mngr who was getting ready to lock the door. I asked if I had time to get some chicken and informed her it wasn't just me. She said c'mon in. Little did she know I had 7 family members with me. While surprised as they kept coming in, the crew was nice and friendly. We are from Indiana and try to have Bojangles whenever we travel south. This experience did not disappoint and was refreshing given the state of eating out these times with short staffing and rude service.
Biscuits and gravy was horrible. You needed a knife to cut through the biscuit and the gravy was like jelly
