My fiancé was here for a tournament and he asked if I could sit with him. A floor manager who was in the room flat out told him no and I had to go out to sit in the waiting area. My fiancé was able to get his money back and go to the cash tables, but the way this floor manager treated us was uncalled for and extremely rude. My fiancé and I were extremely upset at not only the treatment we got but also that he couldn’t enter the tournament because of a dumb rule. You should notify people who want to enter a poker tournament AT THE COUNTER BEFOREHAND. All of the rules should have been explained to us including restrictions of guests.
This is a low rent....no class.....dump.The security guard tells me if my husband wins any money it will be a miracle. That hes at a table full of sharks. Is what they're doing legal? Do they gang up on new players?Investigation.....thats a good idea. Lets see what the Gaming Board has to say about this. Thanks for the idea.
A welcoming place for those that want to have a good time and play a good game. I highly recommend for anyone trying to have a good time.
I came to play but my license was lost at Hollywood casino a few days ago I’m on vacation. I present my passport which is perfectly valid and to date identification and the cop at attendance says he can’t accept it because it doesn’t scan into a machine. Bad business turning away a customer 7 years above gambling age with proper photo Id.
Small, not as good as the Jacksonville location. Very bad service, servers sit at the service station on their phones and/or talking with each other. Not a good location experience for me at all. I do love the Jacksonville location.
Love the joint, couldn't think of a better place to fuel my avid gambling addiction. Outside of the divorce, this place is the best thing that's happened to me!?
I had fun. Players and dealers made the night. I know it's real money but my biggest takeaway way the company around me. They made the experience 10+ for me.
The rake is $6 & $2 ... that's $8 and if you can beat a game with rakes that high, more power to you.In casinos at least you're getting free drinks, player rewards ext, ext.. At Best Bet they just pay players back with their own money via the $2 they take for promotional (give always)..
They charge for soft drinks, non alcohol drink, service was slow. More like a home game than a casino.
