I never received my food unfortunately due to an error on the WEBSITE, but what I can’t understand is why doesn’t the manager (rude by the way) know the number to give me to contact the company she works for. “Call the app” like what kind of instructions is that. you should know the company customer service number & you should know how your company’s application or website works especially if your the “Manager”She also hung up on my fiancé after the company she works for told us to call the store back to see if they’ll just make our food when it was suppose to be picked up. Like I said I haven’t even ate at this location and I’ll never be back. Poor excuse for a manager.

Must of got the bottom of the bag french fries. Bunch of little tiny pieces. Other than that everyone was happy from a beef n cheddar sandwich, chicken sandwich, and the curly fries tasted good, just got all the tiny pieces from the bottom of the bag.

Ordered 2 French dips and an order of Mac & cheese. The aus jus was placed in the bag side ways and our house is across the street. Not even a mile away. One cup of aus jus was empty & the other had only half a cup. Over $15.00 for 2 sandwiches NOT cut in half and a serving of Mac & cheese not a full cup. Not edible. We were understanding of the wait while in line for ONLY drive thru. 20 minutes 3 cars ahead of us. On one sandwich there was no meat just cheese on one side. We realize that it is hard finding help in this time but really you can’t find people who can’t spread meat out through a WHOLE sandwich?Disappointed

Awful. We sat in line for 15min. Finally got up to speaker to put in order and no one ever asked to take our order. Cars were pulling out of line. I was willing to give benefit of doubt, understanding they may be short staffed, but I too left. Not addressing your customers at all was very rude. It would have made a difference if I was greeted and told they were short staffed or whatever so it's taking longer then usual. I would have still given my business. Customer service IS what keeps business.

If I could give you less than a ZERO that would be kind. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes before someone asked to place an order. Got home, sandwiches were cold, cheese was solid and not melted. Called the store and informed the person that answered and was told "sorry if you bring your order back we can heat it up for you" then abruptly hung up the phone. Called back, no answer. Hopefully the iener, manager or corporate reads the reviews. Would really like to be contacted.

Waited in line for 20 mins Got the smokehouse sandwich and there was hardly any meat or onion rings. Fries were cold. Very disappointed. Always been happy and never had a bad experience.

We got to deal with rudeness yesterday. They were more concerned about talking to each other and being on their phones then working. We didn’t get napkins, no silverware, the Mac n cheese is absolutely terrible. We were barely given any sauce which they decided to throw the ranch across the restaurant to each other.

Good food and decent prices. Customer service was meh. No napkins or sauces put out and tables weren't clean but not too bad. I know staffing is difficult right now so I'm not disappointed.

Ordered $32 dollar's of food and it was horrible!!! Ordered 2 brisket sandwich combos and a regular roast beef sandwich. Both brisket sandwich's had no onion tanglers and hardly no meet on them as well as the regular roast beef sandwich. When me and my wife seen this we immediately took it back up to the counter and got our money back???
