excellent service. need to put an Arby's in argyle near home Depot in Jacksonville FL.
While I love Arby's, but whoever bagged my Uber Eats order surely didn't check my order vs. the food they bagged.I ordered 4 beef and cheddar meals.so I should have had 4 sandwiches ✔️,3 curly fries,nope only 2,1 crinkle fries✔️,1 sprite ✔️,1coke✔️,1 coke zero ✔️and 1 Barq's root beer,nope.And when I try to call,they never answer.
I want to thank the young ladies in the D.T. tonight (4/16/22). Their energy was amazing, their attitudes were beautiful and they had wonderful smiles on their faces. After a 13 hr shift at my own job, coming thru exhausted and hungry, they made my day. I don't know your names ladies, but thanku for being so kind and cheerful!!! You are def an asset to the company!!! Keep up the good work!
The food was fine, you can never go wrong with Arby's beef and cheddar and their curly fries oh yes, but the drinks we ordered were not good. They were the lemonade and strawberry lemonade that Arby's offers and we could not even drink them they were so sweet. I felt like I was going to go into diabetic shock after having taken just a couple sips. I had to order strawberry lemonade because they did not have any sweet tea that I originally wanted, which I was not happy about. So I had to get something else to drink. The lemonade and sugar ratio for that drink selection most definitely needs to be recalibrated or something because it is insane how much sugar was in those drinks. That could potentially be a bad situation for someone with health issues that just wants some lemonade to drink. Overall okay experience. I would still recommend Arby's, but just watch out if you're ordering the lemonade. Definitely taste it before you leave.
This location is one of the better Arby's restaurants.The service was prompt and cuterious.Had miscommunications on order...but the manager..quickly replaced the sandwich... Well done ?
I ONLY eat arbys at this store because it’s the best one but for some reason I ordered my usual double beef and cheddar and there was no cheese sauce? I am super disappointed and honestly bummed. If there was a shortage of cheese and they didn’t have any, I would have just ordered something else. Nothing was communicated with me so I went all the way home with 2 slices of cheese on my sandwich instead of the cheddar sauce…
I used to love going to this location but my last experience there left a bad tasting my mouth literally! Asked for hot fries and they put the cold one's back in the grease!! The Mac and cheese was ice Cold the fish sandwich was hard it was awful ?
This visit gets 3 stars, due to running out of both Roast Beef and Mozerella sticks before this past Friday dinner rush had even hit. It would have been a 30 minute wait with no one in the lobby and very few in the drive through. Normally Arby's is a 5 star every time though!
