We were there around 6 to 6:30 PM, and when we took our granddaughter to the restroom, as we were getting ready to leave the restroom, "two of your female employees came out of one" of the closed stalls. They didn't flush the toilet, nor did they wash their hands before leaving the restroom.I don't know what the two of them were doing inside of one stall together, but unless they were holding a silent union meeting, it would appear that this don't ask don't tell thing is getting abused at Zaxby's expense.!
Came here at 9:50 pm to the drive thru. The person in front of us took literally 10 minutes to order food and when they were done we go up to order the food (it’s 10 now bc they took forever) and they say “sorry were closed” WEVE BEEN SITTING HERE WAITING THE WHOLE TIME and we drove all the way out here from Sanford just to get Zaxby’s
Everyone was super nice, but the food was terrible. Overcooked chicken, under cooked fries, and no sauce.
I had an issue with quality if my order. The manager remade the order in its entirety. The second order had sauce and I asked for plain, however the gesture to stop the complaint of the cook to replace the order speaks volumes.Quality.

I don’t ever leave reviews and I have never had an issue with this Zaxby’s location until tonight. I understand that fast food restaurants hire young people but these establishments need to teach their employees how to be professional. I ordered my food and waited for over 25 minutes. They were super busy so I completely understood I was going to wait a while. However, when the cashier asked me what I ordered, she asked someone in the back if they had my order. They both looked at me, I was looking right at them and they laughed because my food had been ready and was sitting in the back. The cashier gave me my food and when I got in my car, my food was cold. It’s already late and I just wanted to go home so I didn’t bother going back in. The customer service here has only gotten worse and I’ve been coming here for years.
Worst meal I have ever purchased from Zaxby's in Orange City, Florida. The chicken tenders were almost burnt, dried out and the ff's were cold and also dried out. I will stick with Zaxbys in Deland where the food is always hot and cooked to perfection.
Downloaded the app and I got a few sandwich so I went to go try it. I got grilled chicken sandwich with teriyaki sauce and it was a good flavor sauce but chicken was weird. Not sure how to explain it. Sort of like the Chicken was fake. I never tried the fried chicken yet tho so I'm not throwing in the towel on this place but so far not happy
This is by far the worst experience I have had with simply ordering take out. Couldn't find my online order even with my confirmation number that I was given. It took me getting upset in order for them to start actually making my food. My online order was supposed to be done at 8:44 and I didn't leave until 9:10. And to top everything off, I still ended up receiving the wrong food. This is the second time I've been told the staff "Can not find my online order." Maybe you shouldn't offer online ordering if your resources can't handle it.
