Ordered to go/curbside - had to pick up at window - they were very rude and slammed the window on me - then followed up by slamming the door when I told them not to slam the window on me. Took over 36 minutes to get them to answer the phone on one phone and over 20 mins on another. The "manager" is a key holder and apparently doesnt care how the to go people behave. My steak was under cooked but at least it wasnt over cooked. Very disgusted with them. AND I TIPPED THEM! UGH
First time to this location. Staff was nice and very prompt. We got a couple of beer and a sampler at the bar. The facilities were very clean and it was busy during lunch rush. Beer glasses were very clean and didn’t have any soapy taste or residues. As for the sampler. The food was good but the fried pickles are very greasy, like so greasy you almost couldn’t taste the pickle at all. Idk if it was double dipped in the fryer or what but the grease and salt content was almost in edible. The mild chicken came out cold but was flavorful with the ranch. The potato skins were perfect and had a nice crunch to them but easily to bite into. I always get rolls with a side of their Italian dressing. It’s mouth watering. Will be going for dinner soon for some steaks and will update the review. 5 stars still but those pickles are not up to par in my mind. :)
Enjoy my time there with my Grandmother and uncle on Mother’s Day. Food was great as always! Very happy staff with their amazing staff. Very happy they ignored my service dog but seemed definitely thought about her when picking our Booth so she could go under without getting very crowded with our feet. I was very happy with our waiter Jonathan! He was on point making sure everything was good and we were happy. He is a amazing waiter! 5 stars for him to.
ordered a to go order when our food arrived . well over a hour to get steak and shrimp our waiter was Broock was great . mangers not so much they lost the single to go order .never again I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else .thanks for ruining my wife's mother day .
Steven the service manager still wanted us to pay for our things when swallowing this piece of metal could have caused a painful rupture in my stomach and possible death. Steven also stated he thought it was a piece of the metal brush they clean their grill with. This could have cost me my life if I did not spit it out. Unbelievable
Def go to the orange city location do not I repeat do not go to the Sanford location... The orange city location gives u great service, fresh bread and food on time.... Even tho it's always packed it's worth it.
This is our go-to-place. I'd choose Texas roadhouse over Outback any day of the week. For the price, you really can't beat it. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We have had a couple of issues in the past, but they always take care of us and make it right. Great place as far as we are concerned

The Grilled Salmon is now farm-raised not the previous Norwegian Salmon. It's taste was very close to tilapia. So sad. Guess we will begin eating chicken.
