Why order online ahead of time if I still have to wait in a long a$$ drive thru line. The lobby was closed due to staffing shortage. My food was cold, and waited 15 min in a drive through lane just to receive room temp food. Can't even cancel my paid order. Total bull. Update No ice for the drinks, so warm drinks cold food. Yaaa me life in 2022 thanks Joe Biden!
We literally drive from north Deland to this Taco Bell because they make the food so much better and it is not owned by the cheap franchise owner that owns the other 2 in DeLand that jacks up the prices so high and have crappie quality of food. This one is worth the wait and worth the drive because they actually care about the food they are giving you. ?
It's unbelievable how bad this Taco Bell can be. The dining room is closed due to no staff. I have ordered online and chose to pick up inside. The drive thru line is wrapped around the building and into the street. I'm stuck. I've been here for 35 minutes and have moved 5 cars up. This Taco Bell needs serious help. The picture of the sign should say it all...terrible misspellings and grammar.
This place has gotten MUCH better and we’re impressed! The service lately has been great and the orders well put together and correct. We don’t eat the meat and quite often this location would put meat when we asked for beans. We’re 2 for 2 now people, LOOKING UP, LIKING IT!
Ordered 2 nacho fries, received one full cup of cheese sauce and one cup was barely 1/4 full. Didn’t receive one of our drinks or tacos but realized after it was too late. Two of our soft shell tacos had water(?) all in the wrappers so the tacos were complete mush and just inedible.
For a quick meal or snack great place. The service was quick even though there was a line. And the person who took the order was very polite.
I have always loved Taco Bell! But I have to say, the Orange City location is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! My food is always wrong, drive-through line takes forever, and the inside is always closed. They say it’s closed due to labor shortage, but why does no one want to work for this location? And if you don’t have the people to work that adjust your hours accordingly. It’s just ridiculous at this point.
I don't usually get food from Taco Bell, but my grandchildren wanted to get some. The burrito I got was actually pretty good. Might try it again sometime.
I usually leave good reviews for Taco Bell.. If the snegative review in no way suggests that the staff that was there was incompetent competent the problem was there was hardly any staff there.. From the point I pulled into the drive-through lane until the point I got out was 43 minutes.. When I got up to the window and I asked the girl what was up she told me there was only 3 of them working that evening.. With all that said the food was good and even though they were backed up as much as they were the girl at the window was very friendly.. However...........
Still trying to find the meat on our food. It’s obvious that Taco Bell has greatly reduced the meat portions.Not sure why I came here.
