Every time I go to this Sonic or order through Uber, DoorDash etc, my order is trash. Paid extra for bacon on an already $8 burger and asked for no pickles. I got pickles and no bacon. And I don’t recommend the popcorn chicken to anyone. It’s like they dumped the crumbs from the chicken tender bag into the fryer. No meat whatsoever. It’s not even worth complaining to them as it’s always the same. Steer clear.*Ive wasted enough time trying to get what I’ve paid for already, sometimes you pay to learn a lesson. Lesson learned. No thank you I will not be wasting anymore of my life taking the time to call your hotline to complain about what should have been done right the first time.
So I’ve only been to sonic like twice it my life but here’s to this time 04/21/22 @2:00pm I order a slushy and mozzarella sticks. I get a soda instead so I pull around to tell them and she’s like what did you get? Even my receipt says it. Also mozzarella sticks tasted like they’ve been sitting for a few hours . Lady at the window I said thank you twice and just shuts the window !
A great place to grab a cheap ice cream. They have a good selection of slushies too. A great place to visit if you need a quick stop to get something to combat the heat. This is my favorite sonic to go to. Ive grabbed food and slushies here many times and ive never once had an issue with missing items or bad staff. I highly recomend giving this place a try.
Although this location has been here for some time, we never stopped by to check it out. Today we popped in for lunch. I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. We ordered from the kiosk, as usual at these locations, but couldn't believe how quickly our order was delivered. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was very good. The fries, not so much. My wife tried the popcorn chicken, which we both agreed was horrible.
Was exhausted after work so decided to eat at sonics. Guy Travis taking order was nice but the large order of onion rings we ordered was 5 small onion rings. We asked politely if that was a large and he told us no and apologized. We patiently waited for new order and was then given a new order of large onion rings. They were a big glob of I dont know what but my dogs wouldn't even touch it! Needless to say we will NOT be back! Thanks for trying to make it right Travis!
Very clean and focused staff. Was in the drive thru and took notice how young and focused the workers were. The counter and floor were also very clean.
Sonic is always the bomb. Yall needa get their blue coconut cream slush, it's never on their menu but you'll thank me later
This is one of the nicest cleanest friendliest Sonics I've ever been at employees at least all of them I dealt with were top-notch they deserve a raise
They need either get clear microphones or start listening to the customer I ordered a hamburger with no cheese I got cheese I ordered my drink with extra ice we got Light Ice the last time I wasn't very happy camper
Our food is always hot. We are never missing any items. And their service is always nice
