I give props to all the workers except the drive thru lady, Kimberly. She had a really nasty attitude about everything. Not only was she rude to all the other employees in the store, she was rude to the customers in the drive-thru. She messed up our order and we had to go in. The kitchen workers were very polite and helpful. As I was standing in there, I listened and watched how negative Kimberly was. It's hard to work in a busy fast food restaurant but everyone is struggling right now due to low employees. The other employees, especially the lady by the chicken were friendly even when Kimberly was cussing and being disrespectful. It's hard to keep pushing through with a negative Nancy in the bunch, but they did great! I didn't get the lady's name at the front by the chicken but I know it started with an R. Thank you for your kindness! Keep being great?
food is usually good. However employees are typically rude. Like I expect rudeness when I pull up to the drive thru & I am surprised when I get otherwise. Also every time you pull up you hear the entire kitchen conversation because I guess they don’t know how to turn the headset off.
Great service from the staff and food was warm and delicious! Had to pull up and wait, the wait was not long, but I got hot fresh fries! I would rather wait and get hot, fresh fries instead of fries out the window cold or re-dipped! The large fry is large, it can feed several people and the chicken sandwich has mayo and pickle for a delicious flavor. The lady waiting on us was friendly and made sure to remind us the fries were super hot so we didn't burn our mouth. A great place to grab something quick to eat. Thank you for great service and food!
I'm from out of town and was looking for something fast to eat. So I when to Popeyes for some chicken and wow I was so surprised to see how much an 8 piece was going to cause me. ?So I happened to go over to Publix and bought an 20 piece chicken already fry and boy it was great... and the price was better. Like always this is my own opinion.
I love their mild chicken. They use fresh oil to deep fired the chicken. They have different choices for you to select. Their 10 pieces chicken special is about $15. But they have more deals if you sign up in their web site. You will save more money to get more chicken. But be careful when you order 14 pieces chicken dinner, they may not give you 14. It happened to me today. I only received 10 before I left. They gave me back 4 pieces. Else it would be an expensive purchase.
Our family decided to go there for an afternoon lunch. The manager was amazing! He told us he had to make the shrimp and that there would be a delay. Due to the delay, he gave us double portion. He also gave my twin sons an apple pie. I absolutely love great customer service and we definitely received that today!
It's a four-star place but I'm given it one star. Love Popeyes Chicken as always. This location is extremely slow. Employees move only in first gear. There is always wait even when you place an order ahead. I'm yet to arrive and have my order be ready.
The food itself was good but the service was horrible. People working there were arguing with one another. They took one guys order who came in after us before everyone else. Then orders got mixed up and they messed up our order. I definitely won't be going back.
My husband went to Popeyes in orange city to pick up our 10 piece chicken dinner...I must say they're quick,friendly and efficient...our meal was absolutely amazing!! The chicken and meal was super fresh and tasty! Thank you for your service.we will definitely be back again.
They are so overpriced and the chicken is not getting better but getting worse. And they have less and less sides. The chicken was not fresh and neither did the French fries. They both tasted as if they were under a heat lamp for a couple hours. 6 people ate the food that evening and we all had the same compliant. Nothing like spending $60 on food and it's so bad that none of your finish your plate. The sides we had tasted hours old too. Smh... We use to love Popeyes and would eat it a few times a month but not anymore. My hard earned money was wasted!
