Ordered a large half cheese, half mush/olive/Italian sausage. Picked up the pizza at the store, then drove home and realized they had made the whole thing mush/olive/Italian sausage. Had to drive back. The girl at the window was the same girl that checked me out out the first time , and was absolutely rude to me. When I explained my pizza was wrong, she replied while rolling her eyes "well its going to be 15-20 mins if you want it remade"of course I wanted it remade. Why else would I drive back. No apology, no "how can we make this better". When I replied "of course I want it remade" she slammed the window door while saying "so you're gna be like that." I rang the bell and was ignored by every employee. It took me ringing their doorbell 3 times till a cook from the back finally came to the window and asked what was wrong. He was really nice. I asked for the manager and was told that the rude girl was the manager. Her name on the receipt was Madison. He made sure my pizza was correct while the "manager" did nothing but talk around the registers with 2 other employees. There were other customers in the driver through that were also upset that their food was wrong and or taking over 30mins. Definitely sounds like Madison and the other managers need to be retrained on how to respect customers, who have had their order wrong.
If you love Pizza Hut's Pan Pizza and you live in the Orange City area in FloridaTry visiting another Pizza Hut or orderduring the lunch period because this one runs out of Pan Pizzas by dinner time. According to an employee works at the Pizza Hut, "we don't prep enough"This is ridiculous. If you see you keep running out of Pan Pizza before the dinner rush guess what ......PREP MORE!
The girl , either Madison or Mariana, who supposedly was the head manager Sunday, took my order , address. And personal info of my card. It had been an hour and 10 minutes and no one had delivered it nor bothered in calling. I repeated to them twice my address, to verify but she sayed I had said the address wrong and had a very nasty attitude of some sort when I clearly was upset as to why someone would charge my card and still no pizza. I had to drive up 10 minutes, pay for an uber, just to get my refund because her system kept saying wrong account, whatever that meant. I felt she did that in a way so brutally nasty that her attitude would not be one id let my daughter speak like. Pizza Hut Store #026487
Second time I ordered delivery from they and ne er received my order.. I call the restaurant and the answer both times was oh the driver called you and you did not answered but the food is here.... I work in a cellphone company I can print out my call details and no one called me so I asked to cancel my order and they did canceled but did not gave me a refund. Terrible customer service over the phone and delivery.
-5 Stars Six times I've been there I'm done. The staff is a beautiful dysfunctional disaster where six to eight people could be walking around like they don't have a GPS signal 9r stoned who can't figure out what they're doing. If you want to order your food from here anticipate at least an hour and a half of this functionality. And if you order a head good luck same process applies. My suggestion is take your business somewhere else.
Tonight is Thursday March 31, 2022. This is the second week in a row that I have placed an online delivery order at 1100pm and I was immediately called by a Pizza Hut employee stating that if I wanted my food I would have to come and pick it up because her driver is having car trouble. Absolutely ridiculous. I definitely won’t be buying pizza here again.
I Love Pizza Hut and order from them quit often(but) I recently ordered a large Ham, Mushroom,and Onion pizza, as usual and it was the Worst pizza that I have ever had from Anywhere...This has Never happened to me before at Pizza Hut....It made me Sad to think that it would be my last pizza from my favorite pizza place...Sad for me... You could follow the instructions I wrote. I had asked for the pizza to be cut into squares and I wanted the pizza well done and my instructions were ignored
It is imperative that whomever is taking care of customers at the drive-up window remembers the customer’s name when grabbing the order to bring to them. I sat over 15minutes past my pickup time, waiting for my order that the team member mistaken my identity in less than 2 minutes after confirming my name for pickup. When I explained the wrong order she handed me, she had the audacity to argue with me about it. Very unprofessional. Furthermore, my order was schedule to be picked up at a time specified by Pizza Hut, and it wasn’t ready. I request a refund. Not credit. Not an extra side or item. A refund.
