My husband and I went in like 30 mins before closing... super hungry. I didn't even realize they were actually closing up until I got to the register. The service I got was great. There were no attitudes or rolling of the eye. Even tho I'm sure everyone was mentally clocked out. Thank you for just being nice and great customer service. It didn't go unnoticed
Do not eat here! Very bad customer service. I placed an order online only to end up with an incomplete order. I called the store immediately to notifying management. I was told by the shift manager that there was nothing he could do to assist me with receiving the items I paid for. He stated I would need to sign up for Moes rewards in order to receive a credit back. Really?! Never again will Moes receive my hard earned money. You just lost a customer over something that could’ve easily been corrected. Don’t waste your money folks!!
I will be respectful and not share my photos of what there food looks like AFTERWARDS! Second time eating moes for lunch today! First time I got the tacos steak and regular normal nothing crazy toppings very light on the toppings as well and after 20 mins of eating it I was up from my desk and in the bathroom every 20-30 min for the rest of the day AT WORK that is! Ate moes today for lunch same thing tacos light toppings nothing crazy and same exact thing. Currently at home now with stomach cramps like you would not believe and the runs!!!I’m done with this - for sure this time.#no.more MOES !!!???If you really listen to reviews thank me take my advice for your and your stomachs sake.I don’t like leaving reviews like this but this literally feels on the level of a stomach bug !!!
Moe’s southwest grill in orange city and Uber eats are the devil!!!!! Ordered delivery through Moe’s app. It never came. Neither company will issue a refund !!!!! The manager at Moe’s was no help ! I was charged $29.86 and spent $10 Moe’s reward. They stole from me ! I spent money, waited and waited, NO FOOD AND NO REFUND ! This is awful and NOT good customer service. So disappointing !
Good food, staff is rude and they don't pay attention so u stand there waiting on them to come wait on u so u can order and get your food won't be visiting here anymore

Staff is always pleasant, no matter how busy they get. Food ? is kept fresh and plentiful at all times ?. Everything is clean, well stocked and visually appealing. Moe's is on the honor roll with myself and my family.
I thought the food quality was actually pretty good at this location. The staff were all younger and stood around chatting rather than taking our order. But other than that it was all good.
Great food! Only issue I had was after my purchase I saw a sign that said that day what I ordered was 'on sale' , but I was charged full price. However it was really good.
1 star? Bobby the manager made this Moe's a zero star. Bobby decided that he didn't like my wife questioning an $8.50 upcharge for turning a regular queso to a large. He made an announcement to the restaurant that she was holding up the line and accused her of trying to get free chicken...?!? all because she questioned the small portion. He talked down to my wife and called her unspeakable words that caused her to cry, and when I stood up for her, he decided to call the cops on me. I will never eat there again, so long as Bobby is still there. Owner needs to wake up, are you actually reading the reviews about this guy? I heard him talk down to his female employees like they're worthless. My son's friend who works there was so embarrassed that he hid in the back for 20 minutes. I've never had a bad experience at Tijuana Flats, I only picked Moe's because they have white queso instead of yellow. I'll be going to Tijuana Flats for now on.
