They are helpful and polite here. Just never seem to have enough help available. Most of workers are working for two it seems. But they get it done. If your looking for food or a job I would check with them. They have jobs for many different positions and ages. And they all yeild a paycheck. Just saying. Good people here make it good, more good people could make it great.
The staff at this McDonald’s has a combined IQ of 9. I’m guessing the job requirement for this restaurant is that they have a pulse and whether they know how to form proper sentences or not is irrelevant. I actually hope my tax money goes towards their unemployment one day so that I can safely drive through and get my daughters order made correctly.
So, I was really unhappy with this order. I used the app and was going to use the drive through. I decided to go in because the line was so long. The inside of the store smelled unclean. Worse than the bathrooms. I ordered French fries and I know they go right from the freezer into boiling oil so I got them anyway. I went to get catsup from the despenser and there were tiny roaches crawling on the despenser nozzle. ? I didn't eat the fries and will not go back to that McDonald's again.
The kiosks are not user friendly. It took us forever to put in our order and when we decided to pay cash everything stalled out. We waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge us and when someone did acknowledge us we were told all hands on deck we're taking care of the drive-thru. Took us a good 20 minutes to get acknowledgment of our order pay and get our order. It would have been quicker to go through the drive-thru but we did not want to eat in our car. Next time I will choose Burger King
Noah was great! He took my order and brought it to our table for us. He was very busy but still took the time to ensure we got our order and it was correct. This guy needs a raise!!!

Service here sucks. They will not allow you to order at the register even though they have a sign above it saying order here. We left and will never go again. We want her man service not a dam machine
We stopped today to get 2 Burrito meals at 9:55 AM at the Orange City FL location. They had us pull up and wait for our meals. When we got home which is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and opened the bag I was disgusted. All 4 burritos were flat, hard and had next to nothing in them. I’m still trying to figure out why I had to wait to get what seemed like day old food. I tried calling the store for an hour but it was constantly busy. Maybe no one else got edible food either. Considering how much they have raised their prices I would expect to get food that I don’t have to throw in the trash. If I could give NO stars I would. I will not be visiting this restaurant again. It’s too expensive to not be edible and toss out
I've been to many Mcds and I have no complaints except this one. They have yet to get an order right. I never had this problem in any other McDs only this one.
Asked for double quarter with cheese no ketchup no pickles. Not only did it have pickles but they added lettuce, tomatoes, big Mac sauce. And also ordered 10 piece nugget and they gave me the complete wrong sauce. They weren't even close!!!
